An\u00e0lisi d\u2019activitats\/Creaci\u00f3 de la xarxa de centres al SE. 2019-2020<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 3 plenaris territorials<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nSessions de treball amb els centres participants per compartir&#8230;<br \/>\n1.Orientacions i criteris per seleccionar dues activitats.<br \/>\n2.Orientacions per analitzar i documentar l\u2019activitat.<br \/>\n3.Criteris per atendre tot l\u2019alumnat i orientacions d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 Treball al centre i assessorament<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nPer reflexionar sobre l\u2019activitat seleccionada.<br \/>\nAcompanyament i assessorament per ajudar a concretar, a analitzar i a documentar l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 Treball al centre<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nEl treball realitzat i el producte que derivat de la reflexi\u00f3 es comparteix amb tot el claustre i es documenta.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 Plenari territorial 4<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nOrganitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019una jornada d&#8217;intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies dels centres del grup de treball territorial.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #103e9c;\">Fase 2. Reflexi\u00f3 interna al centre\/Visites entre els centres. 2020-2021<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 2 Plenaris territorials<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nSessions de treball amb els centres participants.<br \/>\n1.Presentaci\u00f3 de la 2a fase del programa. Orientacions per transferir els punts forts de l\u2019activitat treballada el curs anterior a altres activitats del centre.<br \/>\n2.Orientacions i criteris per transferir l\u2019activitat a les altres lleng\u00fces curriculars.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 Treball al centre<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>\nEl treball realitzat i el producte que es deriva de la reflexi\u00f3 duta a terme es posa en com\u00fa i es comparteix amb tot el claustre i es documenta.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 Visites pedag\u00f2giques<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nPer aprofundir en el coneixement de les pr\u00e0ctiques presentades.<br \/>\nPer incorporar alguna de les activitats compartides de la primera fase (o punts forts).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 Plenari territorial 3<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nOrganitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019una jornada d\u2019intercanvia d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies.<br \/>\nProc\u00e9s de treball del centre.<br \/>\nTransfer\u00e8ncia a les altres lleng\u00fces curriculars.<br \/>\nLa progressi\u00f3 d\u2019una activitat en els diferents nivells.<br \/>\nEl treball compartit en les visites.<br \/>\nIncorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019acords al centre.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #103e9c;\">Fase 3. Preparaci\u00f3 d\u2019una activitat conjunta. 2021-2022<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 Plenaris<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n1. Disseny de l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 conjunta.<br \/>\n2. Seguiment de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n3. An\u00e0lisi i reflexi\u00f3 sobre l\u2019activitat.<br \/>\nDels plenaris, se\u2019n derivar\u00e0 una tasca de centre.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 Activitat de llengua oral de zona<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>\nDisseny, elaboraci\u00f3 i aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019una activitat.<br \/>\nParticipaci\u00f3 de tots els centres del grup.<br \/>\nIntegraci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges adquirits en les tres fases de desenvolupament del treball en xarxa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2022 Treball al centre<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>\nExpandeix el que ha fet.<br \/>\nAplica el que ha vist.<br \/>\nDocumenta (acords de centre).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>FORMACI\u00d3 FASE 1<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Activitats de comunicaci\u00f3 oral 1<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<em><strong>Assistents<\/strong><\/em>: m\u00ednim 2 docents de cada centre, que apliquin activitats de comunicaci\u00f3 oral (m\u00e0xim 4)<br \/>\n<em><strong>Nombre d\u2019hore<\/strong><\/em>s: 30h. Inclouen: plenaris, assessorament al centre, treball personal i treball al centre.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Requisits de certificaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/em>:<br \/>\nAssist\u00e8ncia al 80% de les hores presencials.<br \/>\nPresentaci\u00f3 d\u2019una activitat documentada que incorpori la reflexi\u00f3 i an\u00e0lisi derivada de la formaci\u00f3 amb evid\u00e8ncies d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 a
