\n\u2013 Aprendre a relaxar-nos i a superar les pors.
\n\u2013 Treballar l’entonaci\u00f3, la vocalitzaci\u00f3, el ritme i la interpretaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\n– Estat d\u2019\u00e0nim positiu: relaxaci\u00f3 i desinhibici\u00f3.
\n– Postura corporal i pres\u00e8ncia.
