El proper diumenge 21 de gener a l’aula did\u00e0ctica del Museu de Tortosa tindr\u00e0 lloc l’activitat: pa, mel i cervesa<\/strong><\/a>. Un taller per a tota la fam\u00edlia amb el que farem una immersi\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica en el coneixement de l’alimentaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica dels pobles prehist\u00f2rics i ib\u00e8rics.<\/p>\n

L’activitat s’iniciar\u00e0 amb el reconeixement de diversos tipus de cereals. A continuaci\u00f3, farem una pr\u00e0ctica de m\u00f2lta de cereals amb dos tipus de molins: de m\u00e0 i rotatori. Finalment, tothom podr\u00e0 participar en l’elaboraci\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria d’un pa \u00e0zim, el qual podem tastar acompanyat de mel.<\/p>\n

Aquest taller es complementari de l’exposici\u00f3 “Fams i abund\u00e0ncies<\/a>“<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
