Les unitats i les institucions organitzadores han de vetllar perqu\u00e8 es realitzi i facilitaran les eines necess\u00e0ries a les persones formadores.<\/p>\n<h6><b>Objectius<\/b><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reflexionar sobre l\u2019acompanyament respectu\u00f3s a l\u2019aula.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Introduir petits canvis en la pr\u00e0ctica docent que permetin una mirada m\u00e9s activa de les situacions d\u2019Ensenyament-Aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con\u00e8ixer bibliografia i material audiovisual relacionats amb l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Activa i la Disciplina Positiva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfocar les assemblees d\u2019aula des d\u2019una mirada respectuosa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span grups de treball <em>Activa I<\/em> i <em>Activa II<\/em> i les assistents vam consensuar quins voliem treballar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els temes van ser:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Acompanyament emocional des d\u2019una mirada respectuosa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La relaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Acompanyament de l\u2019adult en l\u2019aprenentatge actiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes des de l\u2019aprenentatge social.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cerca d\u2019informaci\u00f3, reflexi\u00f3 individual, reflexi\u00f3 grupal, pr\u00e0ctica a l\u2019aula, valoraci\u00f3 conjunta i elaboraci\u00f3 de documents.<\/p>\n<h6><b>Criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/b><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ha cercat style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ha elaborat diferents materials i\/o documents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ha participat de les din\u00e0miques
