Les unitats i les institucions organitzadores vetllaran perqu\u00e8 es realitzi, i facilitaran les eines necess\u00e0ries per fer-la.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Objectius<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Donar eines al professorat per treballar amb alumnes d\u2019una aula oberta no conductual. En el marc d\u2019un proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge competencial.<br \/>\nTreballar en els alumnes la responsabilitat en el treball, l\u2019augment de la seva autoestima, el sentit cr\u00edtic del propi treball i l\u2019autoexig\u00e8ncia per millorar el rendiment en el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<br \/>\nAprendre a treballar les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques amb autonomia en el treball.<br \/>\nEnsenyar als alumnes a millorar les habilitats socials per afavorir la seva inserci\u00f3 social, laboral i escolar.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Metodologia<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-8331\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu950\/2018\/06\/restaurant-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"353\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu950\/2018\/06\/restaurant-1.jpg 353w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu950\/2018\/06\/restaurant-1-300x178.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 353px) 100vw, 353px\" \/>El que es pret\u00e9n amb la formaci\u00f3 \u00e9s que els plantejaments te\u00f2rics que es treballen en el curs tinguin una plasmaci\u00f3 directa i clara en les activitats de l\u2019aula. En aquest cas, en tractar-se d\u2019una aula oberta real, les tasques es dissenyen per tal de poder treballar competencialment els continguts de manera transversal i que el resultat sigui que l\u2019aprenentatge que reben els alumnes sigui enriquidor des del punt de vista acad\u00e8mic i personal.<br \/>\nSi b\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu principal quant als continguts \u00e9s clar (el que marca el curr\u00edculum de 3r d\u2019ESO), la flexibilitat i la mal\u00b7leabilitat quant a la metodologia han de ser completes en relaci\u00f3 a la compet\u00e8ncia personal i social, perqu\u00e8 sovint les estrat\u00e8gies i els plantejaments han de modificar-se per les realitats diverses dels adolescents que formen part d\u2019aquest projecte. Aquestes van ser presentades als alumnes i es van consensuar. Aix\u00ed doncs, el treball inicial del professorat va esdevenir un material de debat al qual van afegir les seves aportacions. Aquesta implicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat genera implicaci\u00f3, responsabilitat i augmenta la responsabilitat en el treball i el sentit cr\u00edtic.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FIC &#8211; El treball competencial a l&#8217;aula oberta es basa, sobretot, en la millora en la compet\u00e8ncia social i la personal.
