Taller<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 29.4844%; border-color: #ffffff;\">\n<h6><b>Curs escolar<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>2017-18<\/p>\n<h6><b>Formador<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>Joan Lupi\u00e1\u00f1ez Porcel<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 80%; border-color: #ffffff;\" colspan=\"3\">\n<h6><strong>Descripci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>El taller preten donar eines als docents per tal de millorar i fer una reflexi\u00f3 sobre la seva tasca educativa i sobre els recursos utilitzats en l\u2019ensenyament de les STEAM (Science, Tecnology, Engeniering, Arts and Maths).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El format de taller t\u00e9 aquesta la voluntat de donar espai als alumnes, en aquest cas docents per compartir les seves opinions i experi\u00e8ncies davant d\u2019un material que es presenta i davant als propis recursos generats en el transcurs de les jornades. Per tant, la intenci\u00f3 \u00faltima va ser donar l\u2019empenta als i les docents per dissenyar els propis recursos i per fer xarxa de manera que participin en la formaci\u00f3 de recursos d\u2019altres i en l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 dels recursos i dels processos que segueixen en la pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria. Aix\u00ed doncs en acabar el taller es preten que els i les docents assistents preparin material que puguin portar a les seves aules.<\/p>\n<h6><b>Objectius de l\u2019activitat formativa<\/b><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consolidar un model d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge amb un enfocament competencial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Universalitzar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 personalitzada i el suport a les necessitats \u00a0individuals d\u2019aprenentatge de tots els alumnes en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu.<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolupar les compet\u00e8ncies professionals dels docents per adequar-les a les necessitats del context educatiu, social, digital, tecnol\u00f2gic i laboral.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table style=\"background-color: #000000;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><b>DESCRIPCI\u00d3 DE L\u2019ACTIVITAT\u00a0<\/b><b>D\u2019APROFITAMENT\u00a0<\/b><b>\/<\/b><b>\u00a0TRANSFER\u00c8NCIA DE LA FORMACI\u00d3<\/b><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h6><strong>Nivell 3 de transfer\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de la transfer\u00e8ncia tracta de comprovar el grau en qu\u00e8 els coneixements, les habilitats i les actituds apresos durant la formaci\u00f3 generen millores en l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 docent a l\u2019aula i al centre.<br \/>\nPret\u00e9n identificar qu\u00e8 s\u2019ha incorporat que signifiqui una millora en l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 docent en relaci\u00f3 amb el propi punt de partida i l\u2019horitz\u00f3 que marquen els objectius i els criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de l\u2019activitat formativa.<\/p>\n<h6><b>Objectius de l\u2019activitat formativa<\/b><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generar recursos innovadors i eines \u00fatils per la tasca docent de les ci\u00e8ncies .<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valorar el treball en xarxa i el trasp\u00e0s d\u2019informaci\u00f3 com una font de recursos per la pr\u00f2pia pr\u00e0ctica docent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilitzar t\u00e8cniques diferents de les habituals en la pr\u00e0ctica docent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6><b>Metodologia<\/b><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fer l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de la tasca docent per mitj\u00e0 de matrius DAFO <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilitzar t\u00e8cniques de disseny meditat (design thinking) per dissenyar noves aproximacions pedag\u00f2giques de continguts i conceptes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generar noves maneres de fer les classes per tal de no tant sols encavir el continguts sin\u00f3 de fer una aproximaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s hol\u00edstica i fer paleses les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques en el transcurs de la din\u00e0mica de la classe. Utilitzant jocs de rols, debats, teatre, v\u00eddeo, i altres mecanismes que el docent pugui veure adequats. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><b>Criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/b><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adequaci\u00f3 al nivell al que es pret\u00e9n ofertar l\u2019activitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adaptabilitat de l\u2019activitat. Com m\u00e9s adaptable sigui una activitat als diferents alumnes que tenim a l\u2019aula m\u00e9s probable \u00e9s que ens permeti fer una atenci\u00f3 individualitzada adequada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li
