Identificaci\u00f3 dels oxidants i reductors m\u00e9s comuns.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><b>Descripci\u00f3 de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es mostren a classe dos exemples de cada tipologia de les reaccions qu\u00edmiques estudiades: \u00e0cid-base, combusti\u00f3 i redox. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s mostrar de manera sorprenent i did\u00e0ctica els continguts te\u00f2rics treballats. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3n experi\u00e8ncies r\u00e0pides que es fan en una sessi\u00f3 de classe o b\u00e9 es poden anar fent separadament en el moment en qu\u00e8 es treballa cada tipologia de reacci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b><b>REACCIONS \u00c0CID-BASE<\/b><\/b><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><b>La proveta canvia de color<\/b><b><\/b><b><\/b><b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 1288px;\"><b>Material.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proveta de 250 mL, pal de metaclilat enganxat a un disc de metacrilat que encaixa en la proveta, dissoluci\u00f3 d\u2019hidr\u00f2xid de sodi 0\u201905 M, dissoluci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00e0cid clorh\u00eddric del 37 %, fenolftale\u00efna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Procediment:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Omplim la proveta de 250 mL amb la soluci\u00f3 d\u2019hidr\u00f2xid de sodi 0\u201905 M.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al disc de metacrilat hi col\u00b7loquem un parell de gotes de fenolftale\u00efna i, a mesura que va baixant el disc amb l\u2019ajuda del pal, la dissoluci\u00f3 va canviant de color.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traiem el disc, el netegem i hi col\u00b7loquem unes gotes d\u2019\u00e0cid clorh\u00eddric concentrat. Tornem a baixar el disc per la proveta i veiem com la dissoluci\u00f3 es torna incolora.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Explicaci\u00f3: \u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soluci\u00f3 d\u2019hidr\u00f2xid de sodi \u00e9s b\u00e0sica i la fenolftale\u00efna \u00e9s un indicador que pren el color rosa en medi b\u00e0sic. Quan despr\u00e9s es posa \u00e0cid clorh\u00eddric, es neutralitza la soluci\u00f3 i acaba sent \u00e0cida i la fenolftale\u00efna es torna incolora en medi \u00e0cid.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b>El di\u00f2xid de carboni \u00e9s \u00e0cid?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 1373px;\"><b>Material: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gots de pl\u00e0stic transparent, palleta, aigua destil\u00b7lada, amon\u00edac, indicador fenolftale\u00efna i indicador blau de bromotimol<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Procediment:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Omplim un got amb aigua destil\u00b7lada, hi afegim dues o tres gotes d&#8217;amon\u00edac i dues o tres gotes de fenolftale\u00efna.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una palleta bufem fins que el l\u00edquid canvia de color.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repetim l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia canviant l&#8217;indicador fenolftale\u00efna per blau de bromotimol.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Explicaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el cas de la fenolftale\u00efna, inicialment observem que el l\u00edquid \u00e9s de color rosa ja que degut a l&#8217;amon\u00edac est\u00e0 en medi b\u00e0sic. Quan bufem amb la palleta a dins del l\u00edquid hi estem posant di\u00f2xid de carboni, aquest \u00e9s \u00e0cid i neutralitza l&#8217;amon\u00edac, cosa que podem observar perqu\u00e8 el l\u00edquid es torna incolor. La fenolftale\u00efna \u00e9s un indicador \u00e0cid-base que en medi b\u00e0sic pren el color rosa mentre que en medi \u00e0cid \u00e9s incolor, produint-se el viratge entre pH 8&#8217;2-10&#8217;0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el cas del blau de bromotimol, observem que inicialment el l\u00edquid \u00e9s de color blau i despr\u00e9s de bufar-hi es torna de color groc. El blau de bromotimol \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un indicador \u00e0cid-base que pren el color blau en medi b\u00e0sic i el color groc en medi \u00e0cid, produint-se el viratge entre pH 6&#8217;0-7&#8217;6.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h6><b><b>REACCIONS DE COMBUSTI\u00d3<\/b><\/b><\/h6>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b>\u00a0Bitllet que no crema<br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 1374px;\"><b>Material: \u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cristal\u00b7litzador, proveta, aigua, etanol, sal, esp\u00e0tules, pinces met\u00e0l\u00b7liques, un bitllet i llumins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Procediment:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En un cristal\u00b7litzador es col\u00b7loquen 50 mL d\u2019aigua, 50 mL d\u2019etanol al 96 % i una mica de sal (per fer que la flama del bitllet sigui taronja i es vegi millor).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Barregem b\u00e9 i, amb l\u2019ajuda de les pinces met\u00e0l\u00b7liques, aguantem el bitllet i el submergim completament dins l\u2019aigua.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traiem el bitllet i l\u2019encenem amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019un llum\u00ed. Observem que el bitllet s\u2019encen per\u00f2 no es crema.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Explicaci\u00f3: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0La calor alliberada per la reacci\u00f3 de combusti\u00f3 de l\u2019etanol \u00e9s absorbida per l\u2019aigua i el bitllet no s\u2019escalfa prou i no es crema.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b>\u00a0Esmorzar explosiu<br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 1176px;\"><b>Material: \u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pols de cacau (per exemple Cola-Cao), espelma, llumins, palleta, esp\u00e0tula, tros de full blanc de paper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Procediment:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agafem un tros blanc de paper i el dobleguem per la meitat, on queda el doblec hi posem una mica de Cola-Cao de forma que ocupi tota la l\u00ednia i, amb l\u2019ajuda de l\u2019esp\u00e0tula, l\u2019aixafem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi el polsim es m\u00e9s petit possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encenem l\u2019espelma i amb l\u2019ajuda de la palleta, bufem fort per enviar el Cola-Cao a la flama encesa. S\u2019ha procurat que sigui material quotidi\u00e0 i d\u2019\u00fas habitual en el laboratori.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Valoraci\u00f3<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia intenta motivar als alumnes a entendre i \u00a0saber explicar all\u00f2 que han estudiat de forma te\u00f2rica. Els sorpr\u00e8n molt veure com el di\u00f2xid de carboni que bufem \u00e9s \u00e0cid i fa canviar el color dels indicadors (reacci\u00f3 1), que el Cola-Cao \u00e9s explosiu (reacci\u00f3 4) o que el xupa-xups pot fer de reactiu d\u2019una reacci\u00f3 redox.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La valoraci\u00f3 per part dels alumnes ha sigut molt positiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Per
