Es presenta com una lectura preventiva que proporciona eines per detectar i enfrontar aquest tipus de viol\u00e8ncies. Tracten concretament sobre la ruptura a la francesa (<strong><em>ghosting)<\/em><\/strong>, la llum de gas (<strong><em>gaslighting)<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;i el maltractament de deixar a la banqueta (<strong><em>benching)<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;i estan&nbsp;<strong>adre\u00e7ats a infants i joves des de 3 fins a 12 anys<\/strong>.(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.termcat.cat\/ca\/cercaterm\/fitxa\/NDUyNDc2Ng%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Enlla\u00e7<\/a>&nbsp;termcat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El vol de la Selva<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;Quan alg\u00fa desapareix de la nostra vida i se\u2019n va sobtadament sense acomiadar-se, ens genera malestar i sensacions desagradables. La hist\u00f2ria de la Selva, l\u2019\u00c0lex i la resta de companys\/es ens mostra com ens podem sentir si ens trobem en una situaci\u00f3 aix\u00ed, i ens fa pensar en com fer-ne una bona gesti\u00f3 emocional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quan m\u2019escolto<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;Quan tenim una relaci\u00f3 d\u2019amistat que ens porta m\u00e9s tristesa i neguit que il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 i alegria, potser toca revisar qu\u00e8 ens est\u00e0 passant. La hist\u00f2ria del Gael, el Marc i la Nur ens fa reflexionar sobre l\u2019amistat i el bon tracte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Una nebulosa al meu pit<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;Un malent\u00e8s, fins i tot sense mala intenci\u00f3, pot provocar angoixa i confusi\u00f3 desconcertant en la persona que pateix aquesta situaci\u00f3. La Maia i l\u2019Oli ens mostren els seus sentiments i ens comparteixen aprenentatges sobre el bon tracte en la comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La grassof\u00f2bia no \u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 minorit\u00e0ria, ocasional, casual o espor\u00e0dica. Constitueix un sistema d\u2019opressi\u00f3 que reprodueix de forma sist\u00e8mica i autom\u00e0tica tot un seguit d\u2019accions discriminat\u00f2ries estructurals cap a les corporalitats grasses. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que les persones grasses s\u00f3n discriminades en tots els espais de la seva vida, pr\u00e0cticament tot el temps, de forma naturalitzada i normalitzada: la nostra societat t\u00e9 tan integrada la grassof\u00f2bia en els seus comportaments que poques persones s\u00f3n conscients que l\u2019estan exercint cap a altres o cap a si mateixes, i s\u00f3n menys encara les persones que q\u00fcestionen aquests comportaments discriminatoris amb la finalitat d\u2019erradicar-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>La maleta tamb\u00e9 inclou la proposta<a href=\"https:\/\/www.magranes.com\/materials-propis\/\"> &#8220;SOM MASSA&#8221;<\/a>. Aquesta guia, adre\u00e7ada a la comunitat educativa, neix amb la intenci\u00f3 d\u2019allunyar les disconformitats amb el propi cos i d\u2019acceptar les diversitats corporals que trobem a les aules, tot eliminant les discriminacions i viol\u00e8ncies envers els cossos grassos o no normatius.
