Aquesta <a \u00e9s una eina que s&#8217;adre\u00e7a a tots els docents i professionals que intervenen en els centres, amb l&#8217;objectiu de proporcionar elements per elaborar el pla de suport individualitzat i facilitar el coneixement de la normativa i els marcs conceptuals que orienten les l\u00ednies de treball del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 pel que fa a l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa en el context
