Volem promoure la participaci\u00f3 dels propis alumnes i de les fam\u00edlies en el recull dels aprenentatges realitzats i en els aspectes de millora.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1YoAjoXyJ9fRuz8swthq3nZJn63O7-m0V\/view?usp=sharing\">aquest document<\/a> us expliquem les raons per les quals us fem aquesta proposta. Trobareu exemples de centres que ja ho estan fent i un <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1cOdmeD16lyK4MecFThHusXst_KofpUa1f0vsjYVN-KA\/edit?usp=sharing\">model d&#8217;informe<\/a> amb
