Sant Jordi de <span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mollet del Vall\u00e8s, Alcalde Marcet i Samuntada de Sabadell, Pilar\u00edn Bay\u00e9s de Sant Quirze del Vall\u00e8s, El Sol i la Lluna de Castellar del Vall\u00e8s, El Viver de Montcada i Reixac, Joan Coromines de Matar\u00f3, Ciutat d\u2019Alba de Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s, Joan Salvat Papasseit de Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Guinard\u00f3 i 30 passos de Barcelona, EAP Bergued\u00e0 i La serreta de Santpedor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La finalitat de la trobada \u00e9s compartir, dialogar i reflexionar sobre les diverses pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019aula sobre projectes a trav\u00e9s d\u2019espais de debat, tallers, pon\u00e8ncies&#8230; Per una banda enraonant i debatent sobre aquelles tem\u00e0tiques que m\u00e9s ens preocupen als mestres, i per l\u2019altre fent viure els processos d\u2019aprenentatge que
