Recull els coneixements i habilitats necessaris per participar de manera segura, cr\u00edtica i activa en la societat digital. La seva primera versi\u00f3 \u00e9s del 2013, i des d\u2019aleshores s\u2019ha anat actualitzant (2016, 2017 i 2022).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s rellevant?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Aquest marc permet compartir una mirada comuna a escala europea entre governs, administracions i institucions.
