{"id":21999,"date":"2024-05-03T08:10:40","date_gmt":"2024-05-03T06:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/badalona\/?p=21999"},"modified":"2025-01-20T12:14:57","modified_gmt":"2025-01-20T11:14:57","slug":"pla-per-la-millora-de-la-comprensio-lectora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/badalona\/general\/pla-per-la-millora-de-la-comprensio-lectora\/","title":{"rendered":"Pla per la millora de la comprensi\u00f3 lectora"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb l&#8217;objectiu de refor\u00e7ar la compet\u00e8ncia lectora entre els estudiants, el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 ha llan\u00e7at un <\/span><b>Pla de Millora de la Compet\u00e8ncia Lectora<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, basat en l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de les avaluacions externes (PIRLS i PISA) i les proves de compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques. El pla busca crear<span style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"> <a style=\"color: #00ccff; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1GROJ89GePwLAadhvFOcuqpppfF1U_K6L\/view?usp=sharing\">xarxes de centres educatius que treballin activament en la millora de les habilitats de lectura<\/a><\/span>,<\/span> i estima que uns 250 centres participaran volunt\u00e0riament. Els serveis territorials seleccionaran els centres segons criteris com el comprom\u00eds del claustre, l&#8217;activitat de la biblioteca escolar i els resul<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-22000 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/badalona\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1088\/2024\/04\/llibre-cervell.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"273\" height=\"185\" \/>tats de les proves de comprensi\u00f3 lectora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest pla suposa un esfor\u00e7 col\u00b7lectiu en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;espera la participaci\u00f3 del 80% del claustre, implicant no nom\u00e9s els professors de llengua sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 la resta del professorat. Les xarxes es formaran durant el curs 2023-2024, i es preveu que els centres elaborin una diagnosi de la seva situaci\u00f3 actual que es debatr\u00e0 en un plenari a la tardor. Aquesta diagnosi abordar\u00e0 cinc aspectes clau:<\/span><b> l&#8217;oralitat, la descodificaci\u00f3, la flu\u00efdesa lectora, les estrat\u00e8gies de lectura i el l\u00e8xic.<\/b><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pla va ser presentat el mar\u00e7 als 11 serveis territorials i al Consorci d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, amb la participaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s de 2.000 docents de m\u00e9s de 1.600 centres. Per als centres que no puguin unir-se a les xarxes, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ofereix diverses formacions, incloent programes existents i noves c\u00e0psules autoformatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Impuls de la llengua oral mitjan\u00e7ant la immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Pla de Millora de la Compet\u00e8ncia Lectora tamb\u00e9 se centra en refor\u00e7ar la compet\u00e8ncia oral, considerant-la fonamental per a l&#8217;\u00e8xit de la lectura. Aquest impuls es far\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant la immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica, una metodologia que s&#8217;aplica per garantir l&#8217;aprenentatge del catal\u00e0 en contextos on altres lleng\u00fces s\u00f3n m\u00e9s dominants. El Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 ha treballat amb els assessors i assessores de Llengua i Cohesi\u00f3 Social (LIC) per desenvolupar materials de formaci\u00f3 i fomentar l&#8217;\u00fas del catal\u00e0 als centres educatius. Aquesta iniciativa s&#8217;ha refor\u00e7at despr\u00e9s de rebre comentaris dels centres que han participat en formacions sobre Usos Ling\u00fc\u00edstics en l\u2019\u00c0mbit Educatiu (ULAE).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquest sentit, s&#8217;ha destacat la import\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de metodologies d&#8217;immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica per garantir que tots els alumnes dominin les dues lleng\u00fces oficials de Catalunya: catal\u00e0 i castell\u00e0, i en el cas de l&#8217;Aran, tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;aran\u00e8s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Estrat\u00e8gies de promoci\u00f3 de la lectura<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 planeja continuar amb altres iniciatives per fomentar la lectura, com el Pla de Biblioteques (PLAMIB), la promoci\u00f3 de la lectura en fam\u00edlia i c\u00e0psules formatives espec\u00edfiques. S&#8217;ha creat tamb\u00e9 una s\u00e8rie <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/educacio-literaria\/general\/la-lectura-literaria-a-laula-orientacions-didactiques-de-0-a-18-anys\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d&#8217;orientacions de lectura<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, publicades al portal XTEC, que aborden diferents etapes educatives, des d&#8217;infantil fins a batxillerat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquestes orientacions ofereixen directrius clares per als docents i s\u00f3n una eina per fomentar l&#8217;aprenentatge i la passi\u00f3 per la lectura, a m\u00e9s de refor\u00e7ar les habilitats liter\u00e0ries dels estudiants. En conjunt, el Pla de Millora de la Compet\u00e8ncia Lectora busca una educaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s s\u00f2lida, inclusiva i orientada a l&#8217;\u00e8xit dels estudiants a llarg
