En aquest proc\u00e9s educatiu -no lliure d\u2019entrebancs-, l\u2019escola t\u00e9 el repte de despertar l\u2019esperit cr\u00edtic de l\u2019alumne\/alumna i treballar perqu\u00e8 desenvolupi el propi potencial, lliure d\u2019estereotips sexistes, creant un m\u00f3n m\u00e9s just per a dones i homes, educant persones completes i respectuoses.<\/p>\n<p>Segons paraules de Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, \u201cSi no posem la camisa de for\u00e7a dels rols de g\u00e8nere als infants, els donem espai per assolir el seu potencial\u201d (en <em>Tercer suggeriment <\/em>d\u2019<strong>Estimada Ijeawele: Manifest feminista en quinze consells<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Des del sistema educatiu, treballem perqu\u00e8 el nostre alumnat tingui autoestima, sigui aut\u00f2nom, capa\u00e7 de prendre les seves decisions, assertiu i emp\u00e0tic, obert al m\u00f3n de les emocions i la cura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recursos <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ensenyament.gencat.cat\/ca\/arees-actuacio\/centres-serveis-educatius\/altres-programes-educatius\/coeducat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Coeduca&#8217;t, de coeducaci\u00f3 i perspectiva de g\u00e8nere amb el curr\u00edculum<\/a>. Aquest programa t\u00e9 com a objectiu ajudar els centres educatius d\u2019infantil, prim\u00e0ria, educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria a treballar de forma expl\u00edcita, sistem\u00e0tica, rigorosa i respectuosa, aspectes b\u00e0sics de coeducaci\u00f3, perspectiva de g\u00e8nere i sexualitat. La formaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest programa arribar\u00e0 a tots els centres educatius perqu\u00e8 cal incorporar als documents de gesti\u00f3 i a les programacions de tots els \u00e0mbits, \u00e0rees i mat\u00e8ries la coeducaci\u00f3, la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 afectivosexual.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/eines\/llengua\/Tractament_Ling.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tractament ling\u00fc\u00edstic del g\u00e8nere en el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/a>. En aquest document d\u2019aquest juny 2020, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 presenta un model de llengua m\u00e9s igualit\u00e0ria i visibilitzadora de totes les persones quant al g\u00e8nere.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dones.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/03_ambits\/docs\/cdoc_guialectura_educacio.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Guia de lectura per educar en igualtat<\/a>, de l\u2019Institut Catal\u00e0 de les Dones, amb recursos audiovisuals, podcast i lectures sobre coeducaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Recursos\/Biblioteca\/Biblioteca-virtual\/ods\/ods5\/Pagines\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bibliografia sobre l&#8217;ODS 5: aconseguir la igualtat de g\u00e8nere i empoderar totes les dones i les nenes<\/a>. La Biblioteca del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha elaborat aquesta ressenya de fons documental de diferent suport sobre feminisme, la vida de les dones, la import\u00e0ncia de tenir models.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/catalunyaplural.cat\/ca\/amparo-tome-els-nens-pateixen-sels-empeny-a-ser-mascles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sobre coeducaci\u00f3, masculinitat<\/a>. Entrevista del diari Catalunya Plural a Amparo Tom\u00e9, sobre coeducaci\u00f3 i la implementaci\u00f3 al sistema educatiu, el sexisme a la societat, la necessitat de transformar la masculinitat\u2026<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/centres\/celebracions\/2018\/dia-internacional-de-leducacio-no-sexista\/Jornada-26-de-juny_Tania-Verge-Mestre.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La viol\u00e8ncia masclista que no marxa: el paper de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3<\/a>. Es tracta de la presentaci\u00f3 de la confer\u00e8ncia que tingu\u00e9 lloc el 26 de juny de 2018, dins del marc de la VII Jornada amb motiu del <strong>Dia internacional de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 no sexista. Eduquem en les relacions afectives lliures de violencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/edumet.cat\/areatac\/p_coronavirus\/fitxers\/1OAT_-sDFTu24OEB8qBDdpmIU9mveWUCC6OF46uMpVUQ\/documents\/ODS_5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Proposta did\u00e0ctica sobre l\u2019ODS 5<\/a>. Entre les <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/xarxacb\/propostes-per-als-ods\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Propostes did\u00e0ctiques sobre els ODS<\/a>, d\u2019enfocament globalitzat al voltant de cadascun dels 17\u00a0objectius de desenvolupament sostenible (ODS), hi ha la proposta did\u00e0ctica sobre l\u2019objectiu 5: aconseguir la igualtat de g\u00e8nere i empoderar totes les dones i les nenes.\u00a0Cadascuna de les propostes va acompanyada amb el v\u00eddeo del programa \u201cObjectiu 2030\u201d del Club Super3 que correspon a l\u2019ODS del repte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/centres\/projeducatiu\/convivencia\/prog-form-prev-violencia-masclista\/families\/\">Programa formatiu de prevenci\u00f3 de la viol\u00e8ncia masclista<\/a>. L\u2019objectiu del programa formatiu \u00e9s dotar l\u2019alumnat i les fam\u00edlies, i tamb\u00e9 les i els docents, d\u2019eines i recursos que els permetin identificar i abordar la viol\u00e8ncia masclista, a segon cicle de prim\u00e0ria i a l\u2019ensenyament secundari.\u00a0La formaci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat i les fam\u00edlies s\u2019organitza entorn 4 m\u00f2duls d\u2019activitats i els continguts responen als seg\u00fcents temes: aproximaci\u00f3 a la coeducaci\u00f3 i l\u2019equitat de g\u00e8nere;\u00a0construcci\u00f3 de models alternatius de masculinitat i feminitat;\u00a0\u00a0relacions afectives i sexuals saludables; toler\u00e0ncia zero a la viol\u00e8ncia masclista i relacions abusives.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dones.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/03_ambits\/docs\/vm_pam_a_pam_coeduquem.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pam a pam Coeduquem, Material did\u00e0ctic<\/a>. Quadern pedag\u00f2gic per al professorat del CFGS Educaci\u00f3 infantil per treballar la coeducaci\u00f3 i la diversitat afectivosexual.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/coeducacio\/\">Coeducaci\u00f3 i igualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/a>. Espai del portal XTEC que ofereix recursos pedag\u00f2gics i enlla\u00e7os a espais web relacionats amb els temes, per treballar en les diferents etapes educatives aquests \u00e0mbits tem\u00e0tics des d\u2019una perspectiva igualit\u00e0ria: recursos, experi\u00e8ncies, formaci\u00f3, normativa, bibliografia, per saber-ne m\u00e9s, protocols&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ensenyament.gencat.cat\/ca\/arees-actuacio\/families\/fomentem-valors\/igualtat-genere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fam\u00edlies. Fomentem els valors. Igualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/a>.\u00a0Espai web on es faciliten orientacions i recursos per promocionar des de les fam\u00edlies la igualtat de
