Els equips d\u2019assessorament psicopedag\u00f2gic (EAPs) tenen un paper essencial en la detecci\u00f3 i valoraci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes necessitats, aix\u00ed com en la coordinaci\u00f3 dels recursos disponibles.
