{"id":9112,"date":"2025-02-18T14:49:49","date_gmt":"2025-02-18T13:49:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/apa\/?p=9112"},"modified":"2025-03-18T14:28:12","modified_gmt":"2025-03-18T13:28:12","slug":"formacio-programa-sensei-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/apa\/portada\/formacio-programa-sensei-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Jornada de formaci\u00f3 programa Sensei 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/apa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2951\/2025\/02\/Sensei-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9113 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/apa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2951\/2025\/02\/Sensei-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"505\" height=\"381\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/apa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2951\/2025\/02\/Sensei-1.png 845w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/apa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2951\/2025\/02\/Sensei-1-300x226.png 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/apa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2951\/2025\/02\/Sensei-1-768x579.png 768w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/apa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2951\/2025\/02\/Sensei-1-200x150.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 505px) 100vw, 505px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El passat dimecres 5 de febrer, el departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Alt Pirineu i Aran va acompanyar tres docents que participen en el programa <a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/arees-actuacio\/professors\/formacio\/programasensei\/inici\/index.html\"><strong>SENSEI<\/strong><\/a>: la <strong>Mar Padr\u00f3 Ramos<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>Anna Costa Pujantell<\/strong> i la <strong>N\u00faria Panes Muntal<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019<strong>escola Santa Coloma de Ger<\/strong> \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanic centre del Pirineu que forma part d\u2019aquest programa, el qual est\u00e0 cofinan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea i permet als mestres novells combinar mitja jornada de doc\u00e8ncia remunerada amb l\u2019altra meitat de formaci\u00f3 semi presencial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les tres docents van valorar molt positivament l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de compaginar la formaci\u00f3 amb la pr\u00e0ctica docent, aix\u00ed com el fet de treballar en una escola rural, on l\u2019acompanyament per part del mentor \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un valor afegit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta sessi\u00f3 presencial va estar dinamitzada per les t\u00e8cniques Carmen Sanjuan, Helena Costa i Lourdes Torres.
