Es tracta d&#8217;un f\u00f2rum tem\u00e0tic que va desenvolupar-se durant el curs 2023-2024 i el primer trimestre del 2024-2025. El document recull 100 propostes de mesures a portar a terme, fruit dels debats i treballs fets per aquest f\u00f2rum. Hi han participat m\u00e9s de 70 persones de tots els \u00e0mbits de la comunitat educativa concernits per les necessitats que l&#8217;eduaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 amb relaci\u00f3 a la inclusi\u00f3. Les propostes formulades abasten tres grans \u00e0mbits de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 inclusiva: la pol\u00edtica educativa, la cultura inclusiva i la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la pol\u00edtica educativa, hi ha propostes pol\u00edtiques concretes d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3, d&#8217;altres que se centren en l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 educativa i encara un altre grup dedicat a l&#8217;assignaci\u00f3 i avaluaci\u00f3 de recursos. Quant a la cultura inclusiva, hi ha propostes gen\u00e8riques per al centre educatiu i d&#8217;altres que es distribueixien per nivells educatius: escola bressol, educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica i oferta postobligat\u00f2ria, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;un apartat espec\u00edfic dedicat a les transicions entre etapes. En all\u00f2 referent a la comunitat educativa, les propostes de mesures abasten diferents col\u00b7lectius com ara l&#8217;alumnat, les fam\u00edlies, els docents i altres agents que participen en l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 des de fora de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit escolar. El paquet es completa amb propostes sobre absentisme i abandonament educatiu, educaci\u00f3 a temps complet i entorn rural.<\/p>\n<p>Les sis sessions de debat han consistit en aportacions d&#8217;experts a partir de les quals s&#8217;ha debatut al voltant de les tem\u00e0tiques apuntades, en petit grup amb la finalitat d&#8217;exposar el seu parer sobre la situaci\u00f3 actual del tema i elaborar propostes de millora. Les altres tres sessions s&#8217;han dedicat a la presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies referents a mesures universals, addicionals i intensives. Tota aquesta informaci\u00f3 ha quedat recollida en el document esmentat i se&#8217;n formalitzar\u00e0 el lliurament a la consellera d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional properament.<\/p>\n<p>El F\u00f2rum d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 Inclusiva ha tingut com a finalitat donar continu\u00eftat al debat generat per la Taula de Participaci\u00f3 per un Sistema Educatiu Inclusiu (TAPSEI) que va tenir lloc al 2023 a partir de l&#8217;informe d&#8217;<em>Avaluaci\u00f3 de la implementaci\u00f3 de les mesures i suports intensius dirigits als alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials del Decret 150\/2017<\/em>, d&#8217;aquell mateix any.
