L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s que tot l\u2019alumnat pugui seguir estudiant i tenir \u00e8xit en el seu recorregut educatiu, sense deixar ning\u00fa enrere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019abandonament escolar prematur \u00e9s el percentatge de joves d\u2019entre 18 i 24 anys que no han acabat l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria postobligat\u00f2ria i que tampoc estan estudiant. \u00c9s un repte important per al pa\u00eds, perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 causes personals, familiars i socials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer-hi front, el Pla es basa en tres eixos d\u2019actuaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3: donar les mateixes oportunitats a tot l\u2019alumnat, refor\u00e7ar l\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil i detectar a temps possibles situacions de risc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intervenci\u00f3: actuar quan es detecten dificultats, com ara l\u2019absentisme, i oferir suport personalitzat i tutoria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compensaci\u00f3: oferir noves oportunitats per tornar als estudis, com programes d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 o d\u2019acreditaci\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pla inclou indicadors per fer seguiment de l&#8217;impacte i garantir una millora cont\u00ednua de les accions.
