A m\u00e9s, el comit\u00e8 planteja 107 mesures al Govern per al seu estudi, agrupades en tres blocs temporals d\u2019implantaci\u00f3 (curt, mitj\u00e0 i llarg termini). L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s que les administracions p\u00fabliques garanteixin un marc de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 i protecci\u00f3 davant d\u2019una possible vulneraci\u00f3 dels drets de la inf\u00e0ncia i de l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.juventudeinfancia.gob.es\/sites\/default\/files\/infancia\/comite_expertos\/Informe-comite-personas-expertas-desarrollo-entorno-digital-seguro-juventud-infancia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Enlla\u00e7<\/strong><\/a>a l\u2019informe en PDF<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Pel que fa a la protecci\u00f3 dels drets de les persones m\u00e9s vulnerables (nenes, nens i adolescents), el comit\u00e8 planteja la regulaci\u00f3 de les persones creadores de contingut \u2013incloent-hi els kids influencers\u2013 i advoca per la \u201c<strong>prohibici\u00f3 expressa d\u2019exposar persones menors de edat en el contingut objecte de la seva activitat a la xarxa<\/strong>\u201d, independentment que aquesta activitat generi ingressos econ\u00f2mics directament o indirectament.
