al Curs de formaci\u00f3 inicial per a l\u2019exercici de la funci\u00f3 directiva (2025)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Departament ofereix una formaci\u00f3\u00a0 per exercir la funci\u00f3 directiva i el lideratge pedag\u00f2gic en la que es treballen tots els aspectes que s\u00f3n significatius per a la pr\u00e0ctica directiva dels centres educatius, destacant la funci\u00f3 de lideratge pedag\u00f2gic i desenvolupant les compet\u00e8ncies necess\u00e0ries per exercir un lideratge distribu\u00eft i efica\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019organitzen\u00a0<strong>dos models de formaci\u00f3:\u00a0inicial i\u00a0\u200bactualitzaci\u00f3.\u200b\u00a0<\/strong>Els docents que hi estigueu interessats heu de formalitzar la sol\u00b7licitud al portal de centres, concretament a l&#8217;apartat \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Departament\/Comunicacio\/Noticies\/Pagines\/Formacio-Funcio-Directiva.aspx\"><strong>Persones &gt; F\u200bormaci\u00f3 &gt; Funci\u00f3 directiva &gt; In\u200bscripci\u00f3 als cursos\u200b<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Disposeu de tota la<b>\u00a0informaci\u00f3 per a realitzar la inscripci\u00f3 <\/b>als cursos de la funci\u00f3 directiva i lideratge pedag\u00f2gic al <a href=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Departament\/Comunicacio\/Noticies\/Pagines\/Formacio-Funcio-Directiva.aspx\">Portal de centre<\/a> amb acc\u00e9s amb les credencials
