El seu objectiu \u00e9s donar a con\u00e8ixer la producci\u00f3 agroaliment\u00e0ria i l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 ecol\u00f2giques en l\u2019entorn educatiu, tant a l\u2019alumnat com a les fam\u00edlies, mitjan\u00e7ant un programa d\u2019activitats espec\u00edfiques.
