Es fonamenta en la normativa actual, aix\u00ed com en els marcs conceptuals que orienten les l\u00ednies de treball del\u00a0<strong>Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat compr\u00e8n el conjunt de\u00a0<strong>mesures i suports<\/strong>\u00a0destinats a tots els alumnes, amb la finalitat d\u2019afavorir el seu desenvolupament personal i social, i perqu\u00e8 avancin en l\u2019assoliment de les\u00a0<strong>compet\u00e8ncies de cada etapa educativa<\/strong> i en la transici\u00f3 a la vida adulta.<\/p>\n<p>El document contempla diverses opcions per ajustar-se a les necessitats de la persona lectora. La lectura acurada de tot el document, seguint l\u2019ordre dels diversos apartats correlativament, facilita el coneixement de la normativa i afavoreix fer-se una representaci\u00f3 dels principis conceptuals que sustenten l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu.
