d\u2019ESO de l\u2019INS Joan Brudieu i l\u2019INS la Valira de la Seu d\u2019Urgell l\u2019han celebrat amb l\u2019activitat <strong><em>100<\/em>t\u00edfiques,<\/strong>\u00a0 assistint a una xerrada que es titula <strong>Alimento para el mundo<\/strong>, a c\u00e0rrec de Denise Pamela S\u00e1nchez Oviedo.<\/p>\n<p>La conferenciant primer ha fet una presentaci\u00f3 personal, parlant de l\u2019inter\u00e8s per la seva vocaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica i de les seves investigacions, experiments i llocs de treball.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha parlat dels \u00a0aliments en el m\u00f3n i a nivell europeu, de la qualitat dels aliments d\u2019origen animal i la seva import\u00e0ncia, de l\u2019origen de les malalties vinculades a l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, de la qualitat de la carn, de la qualitat de la llet i els seus beneficis, de la manipulaci\u00f3\u00a0 dels aliments, i s\u2019ha terminat amb uns consells sobre els aliments.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
