Per a l\u2019alumnat de 1r d\u2019ESO s&#8217;oferir\u00e0 una xerrada titulada <strong>Alimento para el mundo<\/strong> que anir\u00e0 a c\u00e0rrec de Denise Pamela S\u00e1nchez Oviedo, Enginyeria Agr\u00f2noma\u00a0 i estudiant de doctorat en Producci\u00f3 Animal.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;activitat tindr\u00e0 lloc el dimarts <strong>11 de febrer de 2020, a les 12h<\/strong>, a la sala Sant Dom\u00e8nec de la Seu d&#8217;Urgell.<\/p>\n<p>El contingut de la xerrada es centrar\u00e0 en:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Avaluaci\u00f3 de la qualitat d&#8217;aliments d&#8217;origen animal, de la carn (de bov\u00ed, pollastre, peix), de la llet, i els seus beneficis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Riscos que comporta una mala manipulaci\u00f3 dels aliments.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bones pr\u00e0ctiques en la manipulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c100t\u00edfiques\u201d \u00e9s una iniciativa de la Fundaci\u00f3 Catalana per a la Recerca i la Innovaci\u00f3 (FCRI) i el Barcelona Institute for Science and Technology (BIST), amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9632\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/alturgell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu770\/2019\/04\/flecha.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"17\" height=\"19\" \/>\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donesiciencia.cat\/\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10038\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/alturgell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu770\/2020\/01\/31-1-2020-11.1.19-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"674\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amb motiu del Dia Internacional de la Dona i la Nena en la Ci\u00e8ncia, als centres educatius properament es celebrar\u00e0 100t\u00edfiques.
