La seva tasca pret\u00e9n afavorir la incorporaci\u00f3 de canvis metodol\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n<p>En molts casos \u00e9s recomanable la continu\u00eftat d&#8217;un grup de treball durant dos anys.<\/p>\n<p>Es basa en un treball de reflexi\u00f3 col.lectiva entre iguals.
