suport al professorat i als centres educatius en la resposta a la diversitat de l&#8217;alumnat i en relaci\u00f3 amb els alumnes que presenten necessitats educatives especials, aix\u00ed com a les seves fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Els professionals de l&#8217;EAP s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Docents d&#8217;ensenyament secundari amb l&#8217;especialitat de psicologia i pedagogia<\/li>\n<li class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Treballadors\/es socials<\/li>\n<li class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Fisioterapeutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>FUNCIONS PSICOPEDAGOGS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Identificar i avaluar les necessitats educatives especials de l&#8217;alumnat i fer la proposta d&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els serveis educatius espec\u00edfics quan s&#8217;escaigui.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Assessorar el professorat i les fam\u00edlies en la resposta educativa a l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els docents especialitzats i els serveis educatius espec\u00edfics.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Assessorar els equips docents, l&#8217;alumnat i les fam\u00edlies sobre aspectes d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 personal, educativa i professional.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Donar suport als centres educatius en la millora de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat i la inclusi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Col\u00b7laborar conjuntament amb els altres equips del servei educatiu de zona i els espec\u00edfics per tal de promoure activitats d&#8217;intercanvi i de formaci\u00f3 del professorat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Col\u00b7laborar amb els serveis socials i sanitaris de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit territorial d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3, per tal d&#8217;oferir una atenci\u00f3 coordinada als alumnes i fam\u00edlies que ho necessitin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>HORARI DEL SERVEI<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p
