L\u2019orador ha d\u2019estar atent a la resposta del p\u00fablic i ser capa\u00e7 de reaccionar, utilitzar les f\u00f3rmules de cortesia adequades i els recursos ret\u00f2rics m\u00e9s adients per commoure l\u2019auditori.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">En el llenguatge oral, la bona ret\u00f2rica ha de buscar per damunt de tot<\/span> <span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">la claredat, la precisi\u00f3 i la immediatesa. Cal no perdre de vista aquests aspectes:<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Fer bon \u00fas<span style=\"line-height: 115%;\"> del llenguatge oral: sintaxi, l\u00e8xic, vocabulari, claredat, precisi\u00f3, brevetat, oposici\u00f3 i ant\u00edtesi, evitant caure en la pobresa expressiva.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Adaptar el discurs al p\u00fablic: cal trobar un llenguatge com\u00fa per poder arribar a l&#8217;oient.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Un bon orador ha d&#8217;intentar evitar l&#8217;us de mots crossa, j\u00f2quers i afegitons innecessaris al final de la frase.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">\u00c9s millor narrar que no reproduir dades. Cal usar frases de transici\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Evitar dobles negacions, formes passives, dobles interpretacions (atenci\u00f3 al llenguatge denotatiu\/connotatiu), expressions vagues i verbs generals. Els mots i expressions m\u00e9s dif\u00edcils s&#8217;han d&#8217;aclarir, explicar o exemplificar.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Evitar fer oracions massa llargues (de m\u00e9s de dues l\u00ednies d&#8217;una p\u00e0gina escrita).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">L&#8217;\u00fas de la primera persona del plural ajuda a crear empatia: tothom pertany al mateix b\u00e0ndol. La primera persona del singular t\u00e9 un mat\u00eds m\u00e9s dominant.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">LA TERMINOLOGIA<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Tothom sap que no es parla de la mateixa manera a responsables d\u2019empresa, experts o acad\u00e8mics, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">est<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">udiants<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"> o nens de deu anys. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Una de les molt\u00edssimes raons \u00e9s que, d\u2019acord amb el<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"> context en qu\u00e8 es desenvolupa una confer\u00e8ncia o xerrada, els coneixements previs i la formaci\u00f3 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">dels nostres interlocutors, adaptarem la terminologia utilitzada.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Els termes que cal utilitzar en un discurs varien segons:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">La mat\u00e8ria del discurs<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Les formes<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><u><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Per ra\u00f3 de la mat\u00e8ria:<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Davant d\u2019un grup de t\u00e8cnics \u00e9s normal que s\u2019emprin termes propis de la seva especialitat (argots<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"> organitzatius, inform\u00e0tics, jur\u00eddics, etc.) que tindran significaci\u00f3 per a aquest tipus d\u2019audi\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Per\u00f2 els mateixos termes utilitzats amb persones no iniciades no seran adequats. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">necessari, en funci\u00f3 del p\u00fablic, buscar equivalents, imatges expressives o exemples significatius.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Si cal que utilitzem de manera indispensable termes t\u00e8cnics, no hem de dubtar a explicar-los per facilitar-ne la comprensi\u00f3. Sovint no se sol fer per por de prendre l\u2019audi\u00e8ncia per incompetent. I, com que el p\u00fablic no s\u2019atreveix a demanar precisions per la mateixa ra\u00f3, pot acabar sense entendre el discurs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Sempre hem de prendre precaucions i intentar que en els aclariments no fem comentaris que incloguin judicis de valor cap a la capacitat de comprensi\u00f3 del p\u00fablic o que puguin denotar massa sufici\u00e8ncia per part nostra. Hem de ser did\u00e0ctics si s&#8217;escau.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><u><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">P<span style=\"font-size: small;\">er ra\u00f3 de les formes:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Recordem que quan l\u2019auditori ens escolta es produeixen una s\u00e8rie d\u2019obstacles com ara:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Pantalla emocional<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Prejudicis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Tab\u00fas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Etc.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">La terminologia que emprem en la nostra exposici\u00f3 ha d\u2019evitar qualsevol expressi\u00f3 o vocable<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"> que suposi un obstacle en l\u2019escolta plena dels nostres interlocutors.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Els errors de vocabulari i els defectes d&#8217;expressi\u00f3 suposen una barrera en la comprensi\u00f3: no ho oblidem.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">En qualsevol cas, fins i tot un discurs formal pot admetre en algun moment l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;un registre m\u00e9s col\u00b7loquial: les an\u00e8cdotes, exemples i picades d&#8217;ullet ajuden a crear <i>feed-back<\/i> si som capa\u00e7os de dosificar-ne l&#8217;\u00fas.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Un darrer consell: la gent tamb\u00e9 desconfia d&#8217;all\u00f2 perfecte.
