Vadillo, demostra que ensenyar estrat\u00e8gies d&#8217;aprenentatge basades en les ci\u00e8ncies cognitives t\u00e9 un impacte directe i positiu en els resultats acad\u00e8mics dels alumnes de secund\u00e0ria<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"626\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph heading3 ng-star-inserted\" role=\"heading\" data-start-index=\"627\" aria-level=\"3\"><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"627\">L&#8217;experiment: de la teoria a l&#8217;aula<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"662\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"662\">La recerca va partir d&#8217;una dada pr\u00e8via: els estudiants que ja feien servir t\u00e8cniques com la <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"754\">pr\u00e0ctica de l&#8217;evocaci\u00f3<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"776\"> (autoavaluar-se) i la <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"799\">gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;entorn<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"817\"> per evitar distraccions tendien a treure millors notes<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"872\">. Per comprovar si aquestes estrat\u00e8gies realment causaven la millora, es va realitzar un experiment amb dues cohorts d&#8217;alumnes d&#8217;ESO d&#8217;un mateix centre<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1023\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1024\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1024\">Mentre el grup de control seguia la metodologia habitual, el grup experimental va rebre formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica a trav\u00e9s de les tutories sobre com funciona el cervell i quines s\u00f3n les maneres m\u00e9s efectives d&#8217;estudiar<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1236\">. Aquesta intervenci\u00f3 es va refor\u00e7ar amb p\u00f2sters a l&#8217;aula i la implicaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1325\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph heading3 ng-star-inserted\" role=\"heading\" data-start-index=\"1326\" aria-level=\"3\"><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1326\">Resultats: aprenentatges m\u00e9s duradors<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1363\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1363\">Els resultats de les proves de F\u00edsica i Qu\u00edmica van ser reveladors:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1430\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u2022 <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1430\">Millors notes:<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1444\"> Tot i que partien d&#8217;un nivell similar, el grup que va aprendre les noves estrat\u00e8gies va obtenir qualificacions significativament m\u00e9s altes en els ex\u00e0mens posteriors a la intervenci\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1626\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1627\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u2022 <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1627\">Menys oblit:<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1639\"> En un examen sorpresa realitzat una setmana despr\u00e9s de la prova oficial, el grup experimental va mostrar una <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1749\">&#8220;taxa d&#8217;oblit&#8221;
