Els resultats de proves internacionals com PIRLS i PISA indiquen un empitjorament progressiu de la comprensi\u00f3 lectora a Catalunya. Entre els aspectes que s&#8217;esmenten quan s&#8217;intenta explicar aquest empitjorament hi ha factors com la desigualtat socioecon\u00f2mica o la falta de recursos, i tamb\u00e9 aspectes m\u00e9s estructurals i did\u00e0ctics. La <strong>crisi de la comprensi\u00f3 lectora<\/strong> no \u00e9s un problema menor. Revertir aquesta situaci\u00f3 hauria de ser una prioritat urgent per a docents, fam\u00edlies i responsables pol\u00edtics. El baix nivell de comprensi\u00f3 lectora\u00a0 \u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 crucial perqu\u00e8 afecta directament tant el desenvolupament intel\u00b7lectual de l\u2019alumnat com el futur de la societat en conjunt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-17635 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/03\/El-proces-lector.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"416\" height=\"438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/03\/El-proces-lector.jpg 710w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/03\/El-proces-lector-285x300.jpg 285w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 416px) 100vw, 416px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/repositori.educacio.gencat.cat\/bitstream\/handle\/20.500.12694\/7012\/proces_lector_nivells_comprensio_dossier_didactic_2024.pdf?sequence=1&amp;isAllowed=y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Aquest dossier<\/strong><\/a> \u00e9s un material que forma part del Pla de millora de la compet\u00e8ncia lectora que el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional va iniciar el curs 2023-2024 i continua desenvolupant-se actualment. Per elaborar aquest dossier s\u2019ha agafat com a base el que es va fer en el marc de l\u2019Impuls de la lectura i s\u2019ha actualitzat. T\u00e9 la finalitat d\u2019acostar les concepcions actuals sobre did\u00e0ctica de la lectura i desenvolupar, en el marc del curr\u00edculum competencial, una aproximaci\u00f3 a l\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge del proc\u00e9s lector. Tamb\u00e9 <strong>t\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu d\u2019oferir al professorat de totes les etapes educatives una reflexi\u00f3 sobre els <\/strong><strong>diferents nivells de comprensi\u00f3 lectora, sobre com ensenyar-los i com avaluar-los<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/repositori.educacio.gencat.cat\/bitstream\/handle\/20.500.12694\/7012\/proces_lector_nivells_comprensio_dossier_didactic_2024.pdf?sequence=1&amp;isAllowed=y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Enlla\u00e7<\/strong><\/a> al dossier<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Els docents han de tenir un <strong>bagatge s\u00f2lid en lectura i coneixement del llenguatge<\/strong>. La instrucci\u00f3 directa en l&#8217;ensenyament de la lectura \u00e9s fonamental per garantir una bona comprensi\u00f3 lectora. L\u2019ensenyament de la lectura no pot deixar-se en mans d\u2019un aprenentatge espontani o basat exclusivament en la motivaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumne. Docents amb poca formaci\u00f3 liter\u00e0ria i poc domini de la lectura formen alumnes amb d\u00e8ficits, que en el futur poden convertir-se en nous docents amb mancances similars.<\/p>\n<p>Un altre aspecte clau en la comprensi\u00f3 lectora \u00e9s el coneixement del m\u00f3n i el vocabulari. Miguel \u00c1ngel Tirado ha remarcat que <strong data-start=\"2925\" data-end=\"3019\">un alumne amb un vocabulari pobre t\u00e9 una capacitat limitada per entendre textos complexos.<\/strong> El llenguatge no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una eina de comunicaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 una eina de pensament. <strong>La pobresa l\u00e8xica i de coneixements porta inevitablement a una pobresa conceptual<\/strong>. En el mateix sentit, H\u00e9ctor Ruiz s<span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\">ubratlla la import\u00e0ncia dels <strong>coneixements previs i un vocabulari ric per a una comprensi\u00f3 lectora efectiva<\/strong>. A mesura que els alumnes adquireixen m\u00e9s coneixements, poden establir connexions m\u00e9s profundes amb nous continguts, facilitant una comprensi\u00f3 m\u00e9s rica i transferible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"legacy entry-title instapaper_title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/theconversation.com\/se-puede-fomentar-la-lectura-entre-los-escolares-si-sus-futuros-maestros-apenas-leen-223917\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2192\u00bfSe puede fomentar la lectura entre los escolares si sus futuros maestros apenas leen?<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El cuerpo docente, especialmente, debe estar preparado con t\u00e9cnicas y herramientas did\u00e1cticas espec\u00edficas para afrontar este reto.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que nos lleva a preguntarnos: \u00bfLos futuros maestros, hoy estudiantes en facultades de Educaci\u00f3n, han desarrollado un h\u00e1bito lector? \u00bfY est\u00e1n, por tanto, capacitados para transmitirlo y ense\u00f1ar a <em>querer<\/em> leer a sus alumnos?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEl perfil lector del alumnado de las facultades de Educaci\u00f3n responde a este requisito? La investigaci\u00f3n al respecto no dibuja un panorama muy alentador. (Llegiu l&#8217;article en aquest <a href=\"https:\/\/theconversation.com\/se-puede-fomentar-la-lectura-entre-los-escolares-si-sus-futuros-maestros-apenas-leen-223917\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>enlla\u00e7<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esade.edu\/ecpol\/ca\/publicacions\/lestat-de-la-profesio-docent-a-espanya-una-analisi-amb-dades-sobre-la-situacio-del-professorat-i-les-politiques-que-poden-contribuir-a-enfortir-lo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u2192<strong>L\u2019estat de la profesi\u00f3 docent a Espanya: Una an\u00e0lisi amb dades sobre la situaci\u00f3 del professorat i les pol\u00edtiques que poden contribuir a enfortir-lo,<\/strong><\/a> Lucas Gortazar, EcPol Brief<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 A Infantil i Prim\u00e0ria, les <strong>compet\u00e8ncies matem\u00e0tiques i lectores del professorat<\/strong> s\u00f3n inferiors a les de Secund\u00e0ria<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Les pol\u00edtiques d&#8217;atracci\u00f3 i selecci\u00f3 del professorat han estat eficaces per atraure joves amb <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">bones habilitats acad\u00e8miques a Secund\u00e0ria, per\u00f2 no tant a Prim\u00e0ria.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">L&#8217;evid\u00e8ncia disponible <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">mostra que <strong>les habilitats cognitives del professorat tenen un impacte causal positiu sobre les <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>de l&#8217;alumnat<\/strong> (Hanushek i altres, 2019).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La mitjana de les <strong>habilitats de <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>lectura i matem\u00e0tiques<\/strong> del <strong>professorat de Secund\u00e0ria<\/strong> se situa per sobre del dels treballadors <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">amb un t\u00edtol universitari, (&#8230;). <span class=\"jCAhz\">En el cas dels <strong>docents de Prim\u00e0ria<\/strong>, les <\/span>compet\u00e8ncies de lectura i matem\u00e0tiques se situen per sota dels de Secund\u00e0ria; <span class=\"jCAhz\">en el cas de la <\/span>compet\u00e8ncia lectora, tamb\u00e9 se situa per sota de la de la mitjana dels titulats universitaris, i ha experimentat una caiguda significativa des del 2011-2012. Passa el contrari a la compet\u00e8ncia matem\u00e0tica, que ha millorat en la darrera d\u00e8cada, escur\u00e7ant la bretxa respecte als titulats universitaris.
