{"id":17609,"date":"2025-03-25T15:07:43","date_gmt":"2025-03-25T14:07:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/?p=17609"},"modified":"2025-03-25T16:32:14","modified_gmt":"2025-03-25T15:32:14","slug":"cal-garantir-espais-privats-a-lescola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/cal-garantir-espais-privats-a-lescola\/","title":{"rendered":"Cal garantir espais privats a l\u2019escola?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Un debat educatiu inesperat: cal diferenciar els lavabos per a docents i alumnes?<\/h5>\n<p><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\">La normativa educativa actual no estableix directrius espec\u00edfiques sobre la compartici\u00f3 de lavabos entre alumnes i professors en els centres educatius.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/arees-actuacio\/centres-serveis-educatius\/centres\/pautes-actuacio-construccio-centres\/document-pedagogic-espais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"3\" data-end=\"34\">Document Pedag\u00f2gic d&#8217;Espais<\/strong><\/a> del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya <strong>assenyala la import\u00e0ncia de considerar si es vol o no la separaci\u00f3 per g\u00e8nere dels serveis, tant per al professorat com per a l&#8217;alumnat.<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\"><strong>Tanmateix, no esmenta la compartici\u00f3 de lavabos entre aquests dos col\u00b7lectius<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La separaci\u00f3 de lavabos per a alumnes i professors respon a criteris pr\u00e0ctics i funcionals i no pas a q\u00fcestions classistes o discriminat\u00f2ries. Els principals arguments que justifiquen la decisi\u00f3 de mantenir lavabos separats per a alumnes i professors en els centres educatius s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"154\" data-end=\"189\"><strong data-start=\"158\" data-end=\"187\">Privacitat i intimitat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"190\" data-end=\"416\">Els lavabos s\u00f3n espais \u00edntims, i la separaci\u00f3 entre alumnes i professors garanteix un ambient m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode per a ambdues parts. La difer\u00e8ncia d\u2019edat i de rols pot generar situacions inc\u00f2modes si es comparteixen aquests espais.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"452\"><strong data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"450\">Seguretat i protecci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"688\">La separaci\u00f3 pot ajudar a prevenir situacions compromeses i a evitar possibles malentesos. Tamb\u00e9 pot contribuir a evitar\u00a0 tensions innecess\u00e0ries entre docents i alumnes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1079\"><strong data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1077\">Normativa laboral i drets dels treballadors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1291\">Els docents s\u00f3n treballadors d\u2019una instituci\u00f3 i, com a tals, tenen dret a disposar d\u2019espais propis dins del centre. Aix\u00f2 inclou sales de descans i lavabos diferenciats, tal com passa en la resta d&#8217;\u00e0mbits laborals, com el sanitari, on els treballadors disposen de lavabos diferenciats dels dels pacients.<\/p>\n<p>El document <strong><a title=\"Ves a la publicaci\u00f3\" href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/departament\/publicacions\/monografies\/nous-aprenentatges-nous-espais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nous aprenentatges, nous espais<\/a><\/strong>, presentat pel Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional, \u00e9s una guia per plantejar l&#8217;arquitectura escolar i el nou disseny dels centres educatius p\u00fablics. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s que els centres educatius tinguin una arquitectura vers\u00e0til i polivalent que basteixi entorns d&#8217;aprenentatge per contribuir a la millora de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<div class=\"basic_text_peq col-xs-12\">\n<div class=\"pd-15x link-dotted\" data-crawling=\"principal-body\">\n<p>Una de les noves eines de creaci\u00f3 de la qual parteix el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional per aconseguir un nou disseny d&#8217;espais m\u00e9s ajustat a les necessitats de cada centre \u00e9s el <a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/arees-actuacio\/centres-serveis-educatius\/centres\/pautes-actuacio-construccio-centres\/document-pedagogic-espais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>document pedag\u00f2gic d&#8217;espais<\/strong> (DPE)<\/a>, que s&#8217;obt\u00e9 com a resultat del <strong>proc\u00e9s participatiu<\/strong> que la comunitat educativa, a partir d&#8217;unes conclusions i un projecte de centre que s&#8217;han acordat i consensuat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quins espais es necessiten als centres educatius i quines qualitats han de separaci\u00f3 per g\u00e8nere dels serveis, tant per al professorat com per a l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Per als serveis d&#8217;infantil, i segons com funcionin les aules d&#8217;aquest cicle, cal saber si es vol un servei per aula o es podran compartir, o qualsevol altra opci\u00f3 que es pugui plantejar pedag\u00f2gicament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><a
