{"id":17446,"date":"2025-03-06T14:03:47","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T13:03:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/?p=17446"},"modified":"2025-03-06T14:24:20","modified_gmt":"2025-03-06T13:24:20","slug":"recursos-8m","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/general\/recursos-8m\/","title":{"rendered":"Recursos 8M"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">El 8 de mar\u00e7, Dia Internacional de les Dones Treballadores, \u00e9s una oportunitat per treballar a l&#8217;aula la <strong>igualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/strong>, els drets de les dones i la seva contribuci\u00f3 hist\u00f2rica en diferents \u00e0mbits.<\/p>\n<h4>Les feines tenen g\u00e8nere?<\/h4>\n<p>Les docents poden jugar un paper fonamental en la transformaci\u00f3 de la professi\u00f3 docent, altament feminitzada, desafiant les din\u00e0miques tradicionals associades a la doc\u00e8ncia vinculant les tasques pr\u00f2pies de la professi\u00f3 al coneixement.<\/p>\n<p>Els homes tendeixen a evitar la professionalitzaci\u00f3 en feines de cures. Aquesta situaci\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s perpetua la desigualtat de g\u00e8nere, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 impedeix que els homes desenvolupin habilitats relacionades amb l\u2019empatia i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a les persones.<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #e3d5e8;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desfeminitzar les professions relacionades amb l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s essencial per avan\u00e7ar cap a una societat m\u00e9s equitativa i per garantir que infants i joves tinguin referents diversos al llarg del seu aprenentatge i s&#8217;enriqueixi la seva experi\u00e8ncia educativa, oferint-los una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s diversa del m\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"305\">Per augmentar la participaci\u00f3 masculina en el sector educatiu \u00e9s necessari <strong>canviar la percepci\u00f3 de la professi\u00f3 docent v<\/strong><strong data-start=\"366\" data-end=\"427\">isibilitzant el valor intel\u00b7lectual de la tasca educativa<\/strong>, destacant el seu impacte en el desenvolupament social i econ\u00f2mic.i <strong>evitant associar la doc\u00e8ncia a<\/strong> la cura i l\u2019acompanyament emocional dels infants i joves.<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #dcd1de;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les professions associades a les emocions i a la cura solen estar <strong data-start=\"66\" data-end=\"91\">altament feminitzades<\/strong> perqu\u00e8, hist\u00f2ricament, les dones han estat socialitzades per assumir rols de <strong data-start=\"169\" data-end=\"205\">cura, empatia i suport emocional<\/strong>. Aquesta inclinaci\u00f3 ve promoguda pel g\u00e8nere o per l&#8217;educaci\u00f3? Les dones s\u00f3n majoria en les carreres de salut, educaci\u00f3 i ci\u00e8ncies socials, entre d&#8217;altres.
