{"id":17287,"date":"2025-02-20T14:07:07","date_gmt":"2025-02-20T13:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/?p=17287"},"modified":"2025-10-24T09:12:23","modified_gmt":"2025-10-24T07:12:23","slug":"catedratics-densenyament-secundari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/recursos\/recomanem\/catedratics-densenyament-secundari\/","title":{"rendered":"Catedr\u00e0tics d\u2019ensenyament secundari"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>&#8220;Catedr\u00e0tics, l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia del sistema educatiu<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">El cos de catedr\u00e0tics d\u2019ensenyament secundari es va crear per garantir l\u2019<strong>excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia docent<\/strong> en els instituts de secund\u00e0ria.\u00a0 Aquest cos ha estat tradicionalment format pels docents amb una<strong> traject\u00f2ria professional destacada i un elevat nivell de coneixement en la seva mat\u00e8ria<\/strong>. Els catedr\u00e0tics d\u2019institut han exercit un paper fonamental en la formaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat i en la consolidaci\u00f3 de la cultura acad\u00e8mica als centres de secund\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">A partir de les reformes educatives de les darreres d\u00e8cades, el cos de catedr\u00e0tics d\u2019institut ha quedat en un segon pla. Les convocat\u00f2ries per accedir-hi han minvat i en molts casos s&#8217;han limitat a un percentatge redu\u00eft del total de professors. Aquesta situaci\u00f3 ha fet que fins i tot, molts professors novells, desconeguin la seva exist\u00e8ncia i que el seu impacte en la doc\u00e8ncia s\u2019hagi dilu\u00eft amb el temps.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Prestigiar la professi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Malgrat aix\u00f2,<strong> la figura del catedr\u00e0tic continua sent rellevant en la vertebraci\u00f3 d\u2019un sistema educatiu de qualitat<\/strong>. El seu reconeixement i la seva promoci\u00f3 podrien contribuir a millorar la motivaci\u00f3 del professorat i a fomentar la recerca i a\u00a0 millorar la qualitat dels ensenyamentss en els centres d\u2019ensenyament secundari. La revisi\u00f3 de les pol\u00edtiques educatives podria ser clau per recuperar i enfortir aquest cos, assegurant aix\u00ed la seva contribuci\u00f3 al futur de l\u2019educaci\u00f3. Els professors de sec\u00fand\u00e0ria tenen el nivell A 24 i el catedr\u00e0tics tenen el nivell A 26, amb millor retribuci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Quants catedr\u00e0tics hi ha a Catalunya?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00faltima convocat\u00f2ria significativa de places de catedr\u00e0tics d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria a Catalunya es va dur a terme entre 2007 i 2010, amb un total de 4.010 places adjudicades. (<a href=\"https:\/\/govern.cat\/salapremsa\/notes-premsa\/91056\/educacio-convocara-4000-places-catedratics-secundaria-periode-2007-2009\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Educaci\u00f3 convocar\u00e0 4.000 places de catedr\u00e0tics de secund\u00e0ria en el per\u00edode 2007-2009<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;any 2007 exercien a Catalunya 1.590 catedr\u00e0tics d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria, 34 d&#8217;escoles oficials d&#8217;idiomes i 4 d&#8217;arts pl\u00e0stiques, sobre un plantilla total de 24.100 professors. El 2007-08 es van convocar 1203 places, el curs 2008-2009, 735 places i el curs 2009-2010 es van convocar 1035 places de catedr\u00e0tics: 1000 a secund\u00e0ria, 22 d&#8217;EOI, i 13 d&#8217;Arts Pl\u00e0stiques i Disseny. <strong>Actualment la plantilla de professors de sec\u00fand\u00e0ria \u00e9s de 59.085<\/strong> (Consulteu les dades al document\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idescat.cat\/indicadors\/?id=aec&amp;n=15712\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Alumnes i professors. Per nivells educatius)<\/strong><\/a>i no disposem de dades actualitzades sobre el nombre actual de catedr\u00e0tics en actiu a Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>Des de llavors, no s&#8217;han publicat noves convocat\u00f2ries d&#8217;aquesta magnitud. Per obtenir informaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s recent, seria recomanable consultar directament el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya o amb associacions professionals com l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Catedr\u00e0tics d&#8217;Ensenyaments Secundaris de Catalunya (ACESC).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arabalears.cat\/societat\/catedratics-d-institut-figura-perill-d-extincio_1_4591205.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2192Catedr\u00e0tics d&#8217;institut, una figura en perill d&#8217;extinci\u00f3<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La figura est\u00e0 regulada dins la llei educativa LOMLOE, que apunta que per poder ser catedr\u00e0tic d&#8217;institut \u00e9s necessari formar part del cos de professors, tenir un grau universitari i superar &#8220;el corresponent proc\u00e9s selectiu&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quina difer\u00e8ncia t\u00e9 la figura de catedr\u00e0tic en comparaci\u00f3 amb la resta de docents?<\/strong> Sempre han de tenir prioritat per ser caps de departament \u2013i, per tant, formen part dels \u00f2rgans de decisi\u00f3 dels centres\u2013, poden triar els nivells superiors per donar classes i cobren un complement.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arabalears.cat\/societat\/catedratics-d-institut-figura-perill-d-extincio_1_4591205.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enlla\u00e7<\/a> a l&#8217;article<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/02\/Catedraticos-secundaria-cuerpo-en-extincion.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-17290 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/02\/Catedraticos-ESO.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"958\" height=\"492\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/02\/Catedraticos-ESO.jpg 958w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/02\/Catedraticos-ESO-300x154.jpg 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/02\/Catedraticos-ESO-768x394.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 958px) 100vw, 958px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/revistasonline.inap.es\/index.php\/DA\/article\/view\/11292\/12842\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>aquest estudi<\/strong><\/a> \u00e9s verificar si el Cos de Catedr\u00e0tics d\u2019Ensenyament Secundari es troba o no en perill d\u2019extinci\u00f3, a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la manca de convocat\u00f2ria de noves places per a la promoci\u00f3 professional del professorat d\u2019Ensenyament Secundari.
