{"id":17214,"date":"2025-01-29T11:27:34","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T10:27:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/?p=17214"},"modified":"2025-01-29T11:27:44","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T10:27:44","slug":"informe-leducacio-inclusiva-a-catalunya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/informe-leducacio-inclusiva-a-catalunya\/","title":{"rendered":"Informe &#8220;L\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva a Catalunya&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-17216 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/01\/Educacio-Inclusiva-Catalunya.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"419\" height=\"378\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/01\/Educacio-Inclusiva-Catalunya.jpg 890w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/01\/Educacio-Inclusiva-Catalunya-300x271.jpg 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2025\/01\/Educacio-Inclusiva-Catalunya-768x693.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 419px) 100vw, 419px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sindic.cat\/site\/unitFiles\/10530\/Informe%20educacio%20inclusiva_gener_25_definitiu.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Aquest informe<\/strong><\/a> constata que s\u2019han produ\u00eft aven\u00e7os significatius en el desplegament del model d\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva des de l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 del <a href=\"https:\/\/portaljuridic.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-pjur\/?documentId=799722\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Decret 150\/2017, de 17 d\u2019octubre<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat aquests aven\u00e7os per\u00f2, l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de la realitat del sistema educatiu tamb\u00e9 posa de manifest la <strong>persist\u00e8ncia d\u2019algunes mancances relacionades amb l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat i amb les dificultats en l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 efectiva del model d\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva que preveu la normativa<\/strong> esmentada, que fan que encara avui no s\u2019estigui garantint suficientment la plena inclusi\u00f3 escolar de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019atenci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat amb NEE<\/strong> continua sent a dia d\u2019avui <strong>un dels principals motius de queixa<\/strong> a la instituci\u00f3 del S\u00edndic de Greuges en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l\u2019educaci\u00f3. L\u2019any 2023, la instituci\u00f3 va rebre 200 queixes relacionades amb la inclusi\u00f3 escolar, el 17,3 % del total de queixes en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La instituci\u00f3 del S\u00edndic de Greuges va assumir el comprom\u00eds d\u2019avaluar el compliment dels acords adoptats per aquest \u00f2rgan i donar-ne compte als seus integrants, i de valorar les mesures adoptades pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 en aquest \u00e0mbit. Aquest informe dona resposta, doncs, a aquest enc\u00e0rrec i avalua com s\u2019estan implementant les diferents l\u00ednies d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 proposades per la TAPSEI l\u2019any 2023.<\/p>\n<p>El document denuncia la manca d&#8217;una pol\u00edtica s\u00f2lida que garanteixi la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials al lleure educatiu, especialment perqu\u00e8 moltes de les activitats tenen un disseny poc inclusiu, a causa de la manca d&#8217;educadors amb la formaci\u00f3 adequada i de personal de suport que acompanyi aquests infants. Malgrat que la Generalitat de Catalunya disposa d\u2019una l\u00ednia d\u2019ajuts per contractar monitors de suport, aquests ajuts s\u00f3n insuficients i no es gestionen amb la dilig\u00e8ncia necess\u00e0ria.
