(Podeu consultar-les en aquest <a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/departament\/estadistiques\/personal-administracio-educativa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>enlla\u00e7<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"title ng-star-inserted\"><strong>Les dones representen el 73,8 % dels docents catalans, i el 74,6 % dels que tenen c\u00e0rrecs de responsabilitat als centres.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\"><strong>Els percentatges de feminitzaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n m\u00e9s alts a les escoles que als instituts, i freguen la totalitat a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\"><strong><strong><strong>Les especialitats ling\u00fc\u00edstiques, d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat concentren m\u00e9s dones, i educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, matem\u00e0tiques, tecnologia i FP estan m\u00e9s masculinitzades. <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>El percentatge de feminitzaci\u00f3 del personal docent del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional se situa, segons les \u00faltimes dades extretes del passat octubre, al 73,8 %. Es registra per tant un augment des del 73,2 % amb qu\u00e8 es va tancar l\u2019any 2023. A m\u00e9s, si nom\u00e9s es compta el personal docent amb un c\u00e0rrec de responsabilitat (direcci\u00f3, secretaria, caps d\u2019estudis o coordinaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica, entre d\u2019altres), el percentatge \u00e9s encara m\u00e9s alt, del 74,6 %, pel que es pot concloure que no existeix un sostre de vidre en l\u2019acc\u00e9s als c\u00e0rrecs directius en el sector docent. Per cossos,<strong> el m\u00e9s feminitzat \u00e9s el de mestres de prim\u00e0ria (85,6 %)<\/strong>, seguit del de professorat d\u2019Escoles Oficials d\u2019Idiomes (76,3 %). El cos de professors\/es d\u2019ensenyament secundari, el segon m\u00e9s nombr\u00f3s, presenta un 63,5 % de dones. En canvi, altres cossos estan masculinitzats: el de professorat especialistes en sectors singulars de la Formaci\u00f3 Professional (33,2 % de dones) i professorat t\u00e8cnic de Formaci\u00f3 Professional, a extingir, (41,2 % de dones). Si ens fixem en les especialitats, la d\u2019<strong>educaci\u00f3 infantil<\/strong> \u00e9s pr\u00e0cticament femenina en la seva totalitat (97,7 %), i la d\u2019<strong>educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria<\/strong> ho \u00e9s en un 83,2 %. Els 87,3 % de mestres d\u2019angl\u00e8s de prim\u00e0ria s\u00f3n dones, com tamb\u00e9 ho s\u00f3n el 82,3 % dels docents d\u2019angl\u00e8s de secund\u00e0ria o el 89,5 % dels especialistes d\u2019aula d\u2019acollida o el 93,3 % de pedagogia terap\u00e8utica. Tanmateix, algunes especialitats menys feminitzades s\u00f3n educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica (42,4 %), matem\u00e0tiques (52 %) o tecnologia (43,9 %), aquestes dues darreres especialitats en un context de manca de dones STEM arreu.\n<p>Llegiu la not\u00edcia complerta en aquest <a href=\"https:\/\/govern.cat\/salapremsa\/notes-premsa\/663862\/dones-representen-738-percent-dels-docents-catalans-746-percent-dels-que-tenen-carrecs-responsabilitat-als-centres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>enlla\u00e7<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>La professi\u00f3 docent, una feina assistencial i de cures?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Les professions feminitzades es caracteritzen per una s\u00e8rie de trets relacionats amb la seva <strong>percepci\u00f3 social<\/strong>, les <strong>condicions laborals<\/strong>, la <strong>formaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria<\/strong> i la distribuci\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere. Aquestes professions, en qu\u00e8 les dones predominen clarament en termes de nombre de treballadores, sovint es vinculen a tasques de cura, educaci\u00f3, assist\u00e8ncia i serveis.<\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th><strong>Caracter\u00edstica<\/strong><\/th>\n<th><strong>Descripci\u00f3<\/strong><\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Associaci\u00f3 amb tasques de cura<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Les professions feminitzades es vinculen a la cura, assist\u00e8ncia i tasques relacionades amb el benestar d&#8217;altres persones.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Baixa remuneraci\u00f3 i pitjors condicions laborals<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Sous m\u00e9s baixos i condicions laborals desfavorables, incloent contractes temporals i hores irregulars.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Educaci\u00f3 i qualificaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica per\u00f2 sovint considerada de menor prestigi i reconeixement comparada amb altres \u00e0rees laborals.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Valors socials i culturals<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Les professions feminitzades es perceben com &#8220;naturals&#8221; per a les dones, associades a rols tradicionals de g\u00e8nere.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Estabilitat i durabilitat en el temps<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Malgrat les condicions laborals, la demanda de serveis en aquestes professions \u00e9s constant i creixent.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>Com es pot revertir aquesta situaci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Posant de manifest que l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una tasca fonamentalment vinculada al coneixement i no a les q\u00fcestions de cura associades tradicionalment al paper femen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com es pot canviar la percepci\u00f3 social de la professi\u00f3 docent?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cal desmuntar la concepci\u00f3 del &#8220;docent com a cuidador&#8221;.\u00a0<strong>Les docents poden ser agents actius per aconseguir un canvi de percepci\u00f3 sobre la seva tasca. Han de lluitar per separar les tasques de cura emocional del proc\u00e9s d&#8217;ensenyament i aprenentatge.<\/strong> Aix\u00f2 implicaria un canvi cultural en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;ensenyament es reconegu\u00e9s com una tasca que, a m\u00e9s de ser educativa, t\u00e9 un alt component de coneixement i especialitzaci\u00f3, i no simplement una tasca de &#8220;cura&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Promoci\u00f3 de la pres\u00e8ncia masculina a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 infantil i prim\u00e0ria:<\/strong> Una manera de trencar la feminitzaci\u00f3 de la professi\u00f3 \u00e9s afavorir la inclusi\u00f3 d\u2019homes com a docents en les etapes d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 infantil i prim\u00e0ria.
