docent<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Psic\u00f2legs d&#8217;\u00e0mbit multidisciplinari han treballat en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta guia amb l&#8217;objectiu de donar suport al personal docent a la tornada a les escoles despr\u00e9s de la DANA. \u00c9s important destacar que aquesta guia est\u00e0 dissenyada per ser un recurs addicional i no substitueix l&#8217;ajuda psicol\u00f2gica formal pedag\u00f2gic, no per al tractament de traumes psicol\u00f2gics<\/strong>. <strong>La intervenci\u00f3 psicol\u00f2gica en casos de trauma<\/strong> requereix un coneixement profund dels mecanismes emocionals, estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 cl\u00ednica i habilitats de contenci\u00f3 que <strong>nom\u00e9s els psic\u00f2legs degudament formats poden oferir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Qu\u00e8 poden fer els docents?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>El <strong>rol dels docents<\/strong> en aquests casos \u00e9s <strong>empatitzar, escoltar, observar i derivar<\/strong> quan sigui necessari, contribuint a crear un entorn d\u2019aula segur i acollidor que faciliti la recuperaci\u00f3 emocional dels estudiants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a econ\u00f2mic<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"color_15\">\u00a0<\/span>que estima la probabilitat de <strong>p\u00e8rdues en vides humanes o materials<\/strong> a causa d\u2019un fenomen que t\u00e9 lloc a la natura. Aix\u00ed, el risc es defineix com la combinaci\u00f3 de la perillositat d\u2019un determinat fenomen, de la vulnerabilitat dels elements exposats i de la seva exposici\u00f3. Un fenomen, com per exemple una inundaci\u00f3, pot ser perill\u00f3s, per\u00f2 si es produeix en un lloc on no pugui afectar a\u00a0 vides humanes no seria considerat d\u2019alt risc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"color_14\">Els<\/span><span class=\"color_15\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"color_17\">fen\u00f2mens naturals<\/span><span class=\"color_15\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"color_14\">com les <strong>tempestes, les allaus, les esllavissades o els terratr\u00e8mols<\/strong> s\u00f3n, a hores d\u2019ara, impossibles d\u2019evitar.
