El programa vol contribuir a unes transicions educatives exitoses que permetin reduir l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur tant despr\u00e9s d\u2019acabar l\u2019ESO com durant l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria postobligat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019abandonament escolar prematur (AEP) \u00e9s un dels principals reptes que enfronta el sistema educatiu catal\u00e0 i \u00e9s especialment rellevant en la transici\u00f3 entre l\u2019educaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria i la postobligat\u00f2ria. Les transicions s\u00f3n processos caracteritzats pel canvi i la vulnerabilitat, on les desigualtats socioeducatives s\u2019amplifiquen.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, <strong>el rol de les transicions educatives com a element cabdal per combatre l\u2019AEP ha rom\u00e0s en segon pla. Aquest projecte fa front a aquest buit i actua sobre l\u2019\u00faltim any de l\u2019ESO per assegurar unes transicions educatives exitoses i, reduir aix\u00ed l\u2019abandonament<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El programa d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 de Acompanya\u2019m, consta de <strong>dues fases:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/acompanyam.com\/programa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16359 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2024\/09\/Fases-Acompanyam.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"908\" height=\"659\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2024\/09\/Fases-Acompanyam.jpg 908w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2024\/09\/Fases-Acompanyam-300x218.jpg 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2024\/09\/Fases-Acompanyam-768x557.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 908px) 100vw, 908px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Una primera fase inclou una<strong> part formativa adre\u00e7ada al professorat, en especial a orientadors\/es i tutors\/es dels centres als quals s\u2019aplica<\/strong>. Les p\u00edndoles formatives inclouen continguts per a reflexionar sobre la naturalesa del fenomen de l\u2019Abandonament Escolar Prematur i eines concretes a utilitzar en els processos d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 als centres educatius, ja siguin eines d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i acompanyament amb l\u2019alumnat o eines perqu\u00e8 el professorat conegui amb profunditat els agents socioeducatius i recursos a disposici\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat. Aquesta formaci\u00f3 consta de 4 p\u00edndoles formatives.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, el projecte inclou l\u2019a<strong>plicaci\u00f3 de diferents recursos d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i acompanyament en el s\u00ed dels processos d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat al centre<\/strong>, proposant la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019eines com l\u2019Artefacte Identitari o les Ecologies Personals d\u2019Aprenentatge, entre d\u2019altres, en el marc de sessions d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 amb alumnat de quart d\u2019ESO a cada centre.
