Est\u00e0 clar que hi ha molta obra matem\u00e0tica realitzada en els territoris de parla catalana que no est\u00e0 escrita en catal\u00e0. Principalment, en angl\u00e8s i en castell\u00e0. Per\u00f2 aquesta obra ja t\u00e9, per la seva mateixa naturalesa, molts m\u00e9s canals de difusi\u00f3 que no pas la que \u00e9s escrita en catal\u00e0. A mesura que els docents aborden aquestes innovacions, amb expectatives diverses, \u00e9s essencial explorar les <strong>perspectives cr\u00edtiques<\/strong> que puguin aportar arguments al debat, i reduir les preocupacions existents entre els professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i les fam\u00edles de l\u2019alumnat, que assenyalen que tenen un impacte real en el rendiment dels estudiants i podrien estar afectant l\u2019efic\u00e0cia del proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge de les Matem\u00e0tiques. Tots dos elements inclouen retrats il\u00b7lustrats de matem\u00e0tiques catalanes que tenen una relaci\u00f3 especial amb el territori que es visita. Cada un dels retrats han estat realitzats per una il\u00b7lustradora de la zona. A cada pl\u00e0nol, a m\u00e9s de la ruta i els reptes matem\u00e0tics, hi ha una biografia de la matem\u00e0tica catalana homenatjada i que t\u00e9 una relaci\u00f3 especial amb el territori.
