{"id":15705,"date":"2024-04-17T10:03:03","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T08:03:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/?p=15705"},"modified":"2024-04-17T11:42:08","modified_gmt":"2024-04-17T09:42:08","slug":"programa-per-fomentar-les-vocacions-industrials-entre-les-dones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/general\/programa-per-fomentar-les-vocacions-industrials-entre-les-dones\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa per fomentar les vocacions industrials entre les dones"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div class=\"entradeta__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<p class=\"subtitle\" data-crawling=\"principal-title\"><strong>Les dones al sector de la ind\u00fastria<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"entradeta__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"basic_text_peq col-xs-12\">\n<div class=\"pd-15x link-dotted\" data-crawling=\"principal-body\">\n<p>Tot i que, segons l\u2019Enquesta de poblaci\u00f3 activa (EPA) del segon trimestre del 2023, trobem un mercat laboral for\u00e7a igualitari en el conjunt de l\u2019economia catalana (51,9% homes i 48% dones),<strong> a Catalunya nom\u00e9s el 32,5% de les persones ocupades en el sector industrial s\u00f3n dones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El sector industrial \u00e9s, despr\u00e9s del de la construcci\u00f3 i l\u2019agricultura, el que t\u00e9 menys participaci\u00f3 de les dones en l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En les estad\u00edstiques referents a l\u2019ensenyament de formaci\u00f3 professional es detecta un important<strong> biaix de g\u00e8nere<\/strong> en l\u2019alumnat matriculat als cicles formatius del curs 2021-2022. Els cicles m\u00e9s masculinitzats, i per tant aquells en qu\u00e8 trobem un menor percentatge de dones, corresponen a l\u2019\u00e0mbit industrial: Transport i Manteniment de Vehicles (97,1%) Fabricaci\u00f3 Mec\u00e0nica (96,0%) o Ind\u00fastries Extractives (93,6%), entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>El programa \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/igualtat.gencat.cat\/ca\/ambits-dactuacio\/cures-temps-i-treballs\/Equitat-en-els-treballs\/La-indutria-sobre-a-lescola-amb-perspectiva-de-genere\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>La ind\u00fastria s\u2019obre a l\u2019escola amb perspectiva de g\u00e8nere<\/strong><\/a>\u201d, impulsat pel Departament d\u2019Igualtat i Feminismes en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, busca connectar l\u2019escola amb la ind\u00fastria catalana de proximitat per<strong> fomentar vocacions industrials, especialment entre les nenes i les noies, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019incrementar el nombre de dones a la ind\u00fastria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/igualtat.gencat.cat\/ca\/ambits-dactuacio\/cures-temps-i-treballs\/Equitat-en-els-treballs\/La-indutria-sobre-a-lescola-amb-perspectiva-de-genere\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>programa<\/strong><\/a> es concreta en\u00a0<strong>sortides escolars<\/strong>\u00a0de l\u2019<strong>alumnat de prim\u00e0ria, secund\u00e0ria, batxillerat i formaci\u00f3
