(<a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/recursos\/recomanem\/consequencies-de-la-feminitzacio-en-educacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">+ informaci\u00f3<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"entry-title\"><a title=\"La professi\u00f3 docent i els rols de g\u00e8nere\" href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/la-professio-docent-i-els-rols-de-genere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"bookmark noopener\">\u2192La professi\u00f3 docent i els rols de g\u00e8nere<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/?s=feminitzaci%C3%B3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>feminitzaci\u00f3 de la doc\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/a> s\u2019ha mantingut estable durant les darreres d\u00e8cades.<\/span><\/span> Quines <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">causes han afavorit i promogut aquest fenomen? \u00c9s l\u2019escola un espai cultural que refor\u00e7a els rols de g\u00e8nere de les societats patriarcals que s\u2019expliciten en professions feminitzades que estan tradicionalment associades a activitats pr\u00f2pies de la maternitat, com ara educaci\u00f3, infermeria, psicologia, orientaci\u00f3, etc.? Quins s\u00f3n els models que tenen els alumnes dels diferents tipus de professions i de qui les desenvolupa? (<a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/la-professio-docent-i-els-rols-de-genere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">+ informaci\u00f3<\/a>).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"entry-title\"><a title=\"La professi\u00f3 docent vehiculadora del patriarcat\" href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/recursos\/recomanem\/la-professio-docent-vehiculadora-del-patriarcat\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">\u2192La professi\u00f3 docent vehiculadora del patriarcat<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><em>El rol matern a les societats patriarcals s\u2019explicita en <strong>oficis materns<\/strong>. Aquests oficis materns s\u00f3n apresos des del naixement i porten moltes dones a realitzar-los, no nom\u00e9s a l\u2019esfera privada, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a l\u2019esfera p\u00fablica, en professions que estan associades a activitats pr\u00f2pies de la maternitat, com ara educaci\u00f3, infermeria, psicologia, orientaci\u00f3, etc. D\u2019aquesta manera, a aquestes professions se\u2019ls assigna activitats com educar, tenir cura dels altres (alimentaci\u00f3 , roba, salut, diners, atenci\u00f3 als desvalguts, etc).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Des de la Sociologia i la Psicologia educativa, se sap que l\u2019actitud dels docents i les docents envers les estudiants i els estudiants, \u00a0dins de les escoles, s\u00f3n alguns dels mecanismes per transmetre i refor\u00e7ar els papers i estereotips\u00a0 de gen\u00e8re a l\u2019\u00e0mbit escolar. La figura de la mestra sembla satisfer l\u2019esquema patriarcal.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019escola es converteix en un espai cultural que refor\u00e7a i valora les caracter\u00edstiques de les persones depenent del sexe a qu\u00e8 pertanyen.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Mentre no es doni una autoreflexi\u00f3 de la seva pr\u00f2pia visi\u00f3 de m\u00f3n, les mestres continuaran sent reproductores, en la seva relaci\u00f3 amb les nenes i els nens, dels estereotips socials. <span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">(<a
