La <strong>regulaci\u00f3 dels usos dels dispositius digitals<\/strong> <strong>\u00e9s una responsabilitat comunit\u00e0ria que comen\u00e7a per cada una de les fam\u00edlies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una de les formes de tenir cura i donar oportunitats als fills \u00e9s mantenir sempre una bona comunicaci\u00f3 amb ells.<\/p>\n<p>Una altra de les formes m\u00e9s concretes de fer saber als fills que els estimes \u00e9s vetllar perqu\u00e8 la seva vida transcorri en espais segurs, amb l\u00edmits, vetllant, acompanyant, guiant, responsabilitzant-nos (-los) de la seva vida quotidiana. Per tant, cal fomentar els <strong>factors de protecci\u00f3<\/strong>, que s\u00f3n aquells atributs, condicions o caracter\u00edstiques que redueixen o atenuen el risc i la probabilitat de fer un \u00fas problem\u00e0tic de les pantalles.
