Des de finals dels anys 70 fins als nostres dies hem patit, com a m\u00ednim, una crisi per d\u00e8cada que hem anat arrossegant i acumulant com un cont\u00ednuum de crisis encadenades. Un p\u00f2sit de pr\u00e0ctiques i conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies encara avui presents que s\u00f3n el resultat de la mercantilitzaci\u00f3 de les necessitats essencials i les successives ofensives del capital contra el treball, contra la natura, la terra, el menjar, el sostre, la salut i les cures durant aquests darrers temps. Qu\u00e8 n&#8217;hem apr\u00e8s de quatre d\u00e8cades de crisis i emerg\u00e8ncies?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El documental <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccma.cat\/3cat\/quan-plou-sobre-mullat\/video\/6246794\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Quan plou sobre mullat. 50 anys de neoliberalisme crisi rere crisi<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, a trav\u00e9s del qual es fa un recorregut per les diverses crisis i transformacions de les darreres d\u00e8cades al Sud dels Pirineus.
