La persona designada t\u00e9 com a objectiu <strong>vetllar per la conviv\u00e8ncia, la coeducaci\u00f3 i el benestar emocional de tot l\u2019alumnat i ser la persona referent en aquestes mat\u00e8ries per a l\u2019alumnat i el professorat del centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<table style=\"background-color: #f2cbe4;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Entre les seves <strong>principals funcions<\/strong>, destaquen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Vetllar perqu\u00e8 el projecte educatiu del centre incorpori els vectors de benestar emocional, coeducaci\u00f3, ciutadania democr\u00e0tica i consci\u00e8ncia global.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Garantir el respecte de tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fomentar entre la comunitat educativa l\u2019\u00fas de m\u00e8todes de resoluci\u00f3 pac\u00edfica dels conflictes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Promoure estrat\u00e8gies per identificar possibles situacions de risc i impulsar les mesures d\u2019intervenci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Donar a con\u00e8ixer i proposar activitats formatives adre\u00e7ades a la comunitat educativa sobre aquest \u00e0mbit.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Durant els mesos de setembre i octubre s\u2019han dut a terme unes jornades formatives sobre el benestar de l\u2019alumnat i les situacions de viol\u00e8ncia a tots els serveis territorials d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya amb l\u2019objectiu de formar i oferir eines a les direccions dels centres educatius. Les sessions s\u2019han adre\u00e7at a les direccions dels centres educatius de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria i al coordinador o coordinadora de coeducaci\u00f3, conviv\u00e8ncia i benestar de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes jornades, s\u2019han exposat als assistents les novetats principals que s\u2019han posat en marxa aquest curs pel que fa a l\u2019\u00e0mbit del benestar i la prevenci\u00f3 de la viol\u00e8ncia. En les diferents sessions tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha detallat la implementaci\u00f3 de la nova figura del referent en coeducaci\u00f3, conviv\u00e8ncia i benestar de l\u2019alumnat, i la unificaci\u00f3 dels diferents protocols sobre assetjament existents en un \u00fanic protocol. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unav.edu\/web\/instituto-cultura-y-sociedad\/proyectos\/salud-mental-en-centros-educativos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">estudi<\/a> molt recent, fet per psic\u00f2legs de la <span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Universitat de Navarra i de la Universitat Internacional de La Rioja, alerta sobre <strong>manca de validesa cient\u00edfica<\/strong> de molts dels programes de salut mental que s\u2019hi estan portant a terme als centres educatius.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Una altra q\u00fcesti\u00f3 cabdal sobre el tractament de la salut mental de l\u2019alumnat als centres educatius \u00e9s, si aquesta tasca, amb la responsabilitat que comporta, ha de recaure en mestres, professors, orientadors, etc. que no s\u00f3n psic\u00f2legs, o si requereix un <strong>abordatge especialitzat amb la incorporaci\u00f3 de psic\u00f2legs cl\u00ednics als centres educatius<\/strong>. A Catalunya, aquesta figura s\u2019ha anomenat <strong>Coordinador de Coeducaci\u00f3, Conviv\u00e8ncia i Benestar (Cocobe)\u201d<\/strong>. Qu\u00e8 se n\u2019espera d\u2019ell o d\u2019ella? Quina \u00e9s la tasca principal que ha de fer? Ha d\u2019educar? Ha de gestionar conflictes? Ha d\u2019entretenir? Ha d\u2019instruir? Ha d\u2019explicar la utilitzaci\u00f3 dels condons per prevenir la sida o ha d\u2019ensenyar a llegir?<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">La \u201ctransformaci\u00f3\u201d, imposada pels canvis de legislaci\u00f3, que el sistema<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">educatiu ha sofert en els darrers anys, no ha tingut en <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">compte q\u00fcestions transcendentals per tal d\u2019aconseguir que aquesta<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">transformaci\u00f3 tingu\u00e9s \u00e8xit (fonamentalment l\u2019opini\u00f3 del propi professorat respecte de la seva tasca docent). Les decisions pol\u00edtiques en mat\u00e8ria educativa han anat modificant el perfil professional del professorat. Les demandes que es fan al professorat han anat en augment i aquest exc\u00e8s de responsabilitzaci\u00f3 amb que se l\u2019ha carregat, juntament amb la manca de recursos per donar resposta a totes aquestes demandes, s\u2019han tradu\u00eft en <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/salut-mental-i-riscos-psicosocials-dels-docents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">malestar i esgotament<\/a>.
