Per elaborar el pla de suport individualitzat cal partir sempre de la programaci\u00f3 did\u00e0ctica.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/nou-curriculum\/general\/novetat-nou-model-per-a-lelaboracio-del-pla-de-suport-individualitzat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El model del pla del suport individualitzat, s\u2019ha actualitzat incorporant les novetats del nou curr\u00edculum.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a
