Fan <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">funcionar el m\u00f3n com els interessa amb la nova caritat, uneixen filantropia i capitalisme per <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">fer negoci i canviar l\u00f2giques organitzatives portant-les cap al m\u00f3n empresarial. Tenim clars <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">exemples amb la<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Bill Gates Foundation<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o la<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Mark Zuckerberch Foundation&#8221;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">. Las formaciones y pr\u00e1cticas docentes se desarrollan bajo un compendio de programas, para crear profesionales eficaces, que imitan acciones del \u00e1mbito empresarial tales como Design thinking, Teach like a Champion o Teaching as Leadership que heredan de TfA. En aquest nou model, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">les paraules clau s\u00f3n<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">compet\u00e8ncia<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">efic\u00e0cia<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">resultat<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Tot seguit podem resumir les grans<strong> recomanacions dels <\/strong><\/span><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">organismes internacionals i europeus que constitueixen el model <\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de pol\u00edtica educativa mundial que tots els governs hauran d\u2019a<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">plicar:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><br role=\"presentation\" \/>&#8211; <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Reduir, o si m\u00e9s no contenir, les despeses p\u00fabliques d\u2019edu<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">caci\u00f3 afavorint tant com es pugui la despesa privada.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Descentralitzar les decisions en l\u2019\u00e0mbit local i augmentar l\u2019au<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tonomia dels establiments, no tant per a desenvolupar la<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">democr\u00e0cia participativa com per a fer-ne unes entitats fle<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">xibles, reactives a una demanda local.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/>&#8211; <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Introduir mecanismes competitius en el funcionament dels <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">establiments per a estimular-ne l\u2019efic\u00e0cia.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/>&#8211; <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Emprar eines de gesti\u00f3 de les empreses privades i la l\u00f2gica <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">del<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">management<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">per a augmentar la pressi\u00f3 i el control sobre<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">els professors, la resta del personal i l\u2019alumnat mateix.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/>&#8211; <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Rec\u00f3rrer a pedagogies orientades cap a les \u00abcompet\u00e8n<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">cies\u00bb m\u00e9s que cap als \u00abconeixements\u00bb, \u00e9s a dir, pedagogies<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">que alhora facilitin les eines b\u00e0siques necess\u00e0ries per a la inser<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ci\u00f3 professional i afavoreixin el<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">savoir-faire<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">i el<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">savoir-\u00eatre<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">per damunt del coneixement acad\u00e8mic.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/>&#8211; <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Vincular a tot arreu on sigui possible les escoles amb les empre<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ses, en l\u2019ensenyament t\u00e8cnic i professional, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 en <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la formaci\u00f3 general, per tal d\u2019adaptar les noves generacions <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">a la \u00absocietat d\u2019empreses\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uoc.edu\/dt\/cat\/laval0505.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Llegiu tot l&#8217;article<\/strong><\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"post-title entry-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/seminariiec.blogspot.com\/2019\/12\/noves-formesde-privatitzacio.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2192 Noves formes de privatitzaci\u00f3 a l\u2019Ensenyament<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nPep Barcel\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Actors privats han, i estan, contribuint al<strong> desenvolupament d\u2019una<\/strong> <strong>ind\u00fastria educativa<\/strong> que es troba darrere de la privatitzaci\u00f3 educativa a diferents pa\u00efsos. Aquesta ind\u00fastria educativa es presenta com un benefici per als governs: subcontractaci\u00f3 activitats convencionals; la formaci\u00f3 dels professionals; els llibres de text o programari; la redacci\u00f3 de textos de pol\u00edtiques d\u2019educaci\u00f3 o l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de pol\u00edtiques i programes; els productes TIC i certificacions; serveis de preparaci\u00f3 de proves; assessors&#8230;(&#8230;) \u00c9s evident que <strong>estem davant d\u2019una estrat\u00e8gia de les corporacions en la direcci\u00f3 de facilitar material, formaci\u00f3, manteniment, creaci\u00f3 de centres&#8230;, aparentment de forma altruista (acci\u00f3 social), per\u00f2 cercant, realment, imatge, rebaixa fiscal, vendes, incid\u00e8ncia ideol\u00f2gica en la poblaci\u00f3 (estat d\u2019opini\u00f3, conducta&#8230;).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"CA\">cal considerar, tamb\u00e9, la privatitzaci\u00f3 en educaci\u00f3 en la<strong> importaci\u00f3 d\u2019idees, t\u00e8cniques i pr\u00e0ctiques del sector privat per tal de que el sector p\u00fablic s\u2019assembli m\u00e9s a les empreses i al m\u00f3n empresarial<\/strong>. Aquesta privatitzaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 contribueix a construir una nova &#8220;moral del mercat&#8221; on l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 experimenta un proc\u00e9s de mercantilitzaci\u00f3 i es considera nom\u00e9s una mercaderia que pel seu valor per a la persona o la societat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>(&#8230;) fundacions i empreses, utilitzant la filantropia, estan ocupant espais abans naturals de les administracions p\u00fabliques. Aquestes, es retiren i deixen les seves responsabilitats en mans d&#8217;entitats privades. Fundacions com la del Banc de Santander, La Caixa a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;eduCaixa, Endesa (Educa Endesa) <strong>prenen aquest paper suposadament filantr\u00f2pic i penetren en el m\u00f3n educatiu<\/strong>. Igualment comen\u00e7a la penetraci\u00f3 de les multinacionals com Ashoka (EUA) famosa per les seves &#8220;Escoles Changemakers&#8221; o d\u2019United Way (&#8220;Treballem per l&#8217;\u00e8xit escolar&#8221;), que s&#8217;estan estenent amb rapidesa per l&#8217;Estat Espanyol i <strong>es presenten com a col\u00b7laboradores en la millora del sistema educatiu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Totes aquestes empreses i\/o corporacions financeres insisteixen en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>La necessitat de canvis.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"CA\">La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de diferents agents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>L\u2019emprenedoria<\/li>\n<li>Legislaci\u00f3 amb afectaci\u00f3 en l\u2019Ensenyament<span lang=\"CA\">En definitiva es tracta de regular (possibilitar, normalitzar) el que diuen \u201ccol\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica-privada\u201d quan \u00e9s ben sabut que el sistema de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica-privada no ha esdevingut cap soluci\u00f3 m\u00e0gica per a l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia i l\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 dels recursos i serveis p\u00fablics. Informaci\u00f3 del propi Tribunal de Comptes Europeu q\u00fcestiona la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica-privada com a f\u00f3rmula per optimitzar recursos i assenyala els sobrecostos que
