Quins s\u00f3n els models que tenen els alumnes dels diferents tipus de professions i de qui les desenvolupa?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2023\/05\/Dale-la-vuelta.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13933 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2023\/05\/Dale-la-vuelta-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"354\" height=\"354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2023\/05\/Dale-la-vuelta.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2023\/05\/Dale-la-vuelta-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2023\/05\/Dale-la-vuelta-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1130\/2023\/05\/Dale-la-vuelta-768x768.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 354px) 100vw, 354px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamoncloa.gob.es\/serviciosdeprensa\/notasprensa\/universidades\/Paginas\/2023\/270323-universidades-revertir-segregac-on-genero.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u2192Segregaci\u00f3 entre els homes i les dones en estudis i professions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Als estudis d&#8217;<strong>infermeria<\/strong> les dones representen el 82% de l&#8217;estudiantat de grau a les universitats espanyoles.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Sent aquest el cas m\u00e9s extrem, tamb\u00e9 hi ha casos com els estudis de <strong>psicologia<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 les noies estudiants representen el 76%;<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">o els estudis relacionats amb la salut i serveis socials, amb un 72%.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Tamb\u00e9 a tall d&#8217;exemple, als estudis de <strong>medicina<\/strong> el 69% de les matriculades s\u00f3n dones.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Un altre cas especialment rellevant s\u00f3n els estudis relacionats amb l&#8217;<strong>educaci\u00f3<\/strong> en qu\u00e8 el 64% de l&#8217;estudiantat s\u00f3n dones, dada especialment agreujada en termes de segregaci\u00f3 en<strong> Educaci\u00f3 Infantil<\/strong>, on pugen fins al 92%.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">D\u201faltra banda, s\u201fobserven casos d\u201f\u00e0mbits d\u201festudi en qu\u00e8 els homes representen una majoria molt \u00e0mplia.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Aquest \u00e9s el cas d&#8217;<strong>inform\u00e0tica<\/strong>, amb un 86% d&#8217;estudiants nois matriculats, i \u00e9s el cas de segregaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s extrema.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Tamb\u00e9 n&#8217;hi ha d&#8217;altres, com les <strong>Enginyeries<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 representen el 74% dels matriculats;<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">o els estudis de <strong>Matem\u00e0tiques i Estad\u00edstica<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 suposen el 64%.<\/span><\/span> (Dades del curs 2020-2021 extretes de l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamoncloa.gob.es\/serviciosdeprensa\/notasprensa\/universidades\/Paginas\/2023\/270323-universidades-revertir-segregac-on-genero.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">estudi del Ministeri d&#8217;Universitats<\/a>).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamoncloa.gob.es\/serviciosdeprensa\/notasprensa\/universidades\/Paginas\/2023\/270323-universidades-revertir-segregac-on-genero.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">campanya &#8220;Dale la vuelta<\/a>&#8221; Socialment hi ha feines m\u00e9s masculinitzades i d\u2019altres de m\u00e9s feminitzades, i sovint aquestes difer\u00e8ncies tenen a veure amb el poder econ\u00f2mic i amb el prestigi social, i en aquest cas tamb\u00e9 amb les expectatives socials sobre la funci\u00f3 de cada professi\u00f3. Tot i que l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu \u00e9s un \u00e0mbit laboral molt equitatiu, on els homes i les dones cobrem exactament el mateix i on l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019exercici de l\u2019ofici no est\u00e0 condicionat en principi pel tema de g\u00e8nere. Malgrat aix\u00f2, el col\u00b7lectiu que educa els infants m\u00e9s petits \u00e9s un \u00e0mbit molt feminitzat. Aquests oficis materns s\u00f3n apresos des del naixement i porten moltes dones a realitzar-los, no nom\u00e9s a l\u2019esfera privada, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a l\u2019esfera p\u00fablica, en professions que estan associades a activitats pr\u00f2pies de la maternitat, com ara educaci\u00f3, infermeria, psicologia, orientaci\u00f3, etc. D\u2019aquesta manera, a aquestes professions se\u2019ls assigna activitats com educar, tenir cura dels altres (alimentaci\u00f3 , roba, salut, diners, atenci\u00f3 als desvalguts, etc).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Des de la Sociologia i la Psicologia educativa, se sap que l\u2019actitud dels docents i les docents envers les estudiants i els estudiants, \u00a0dins de les escoles, s\u00f3n alguns dels mecanismes per transmetre i refor\u00e7ar els papers i estereotips\u00a0 de gen\u00e8re a l\u2019\u00e0mbit escolar. Una revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>Maria Matarranz<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><a href=\"https:\/\/revistas.uam.es\/revIUEM\/article\/view\/16219\/15920\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Aquest treball<\/strong><\/a> t\u00e9 com a objectiu fer una revisi\u00f3 dels conceptes fonamentals sobre la professi\u00f3 docent atenent la dimensi\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere, a fi d&#8217;identificar els aspectes que hi intervenen condicionant o exercint algun tipus d&#8217;influ\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Per aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha realitzat una recerca documental a les bases de dades de Web of Science (WoS) i Scopus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cabe tambi\u00e9n hacer un an\u00e1lisis serio sobre la<strong> feminizaci\u00f3n de la docencia<\/strong> que se ha mantenido estable en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas. Este an\u00e1lisis, debe atender tambi\u00e9n las causas que han favorecido y promovido este fen\u00f3meno, pues de no ser as\u00ed,<strong> la feminizaci\u00f3n docente se naturaliza y contribuye a la pervivencia de ciertas relaciones de poder y dominaci\u00f3n que discriminan abiertamente a la mujer<\/strong>, siguiendo a Galazzi et al. (2019) conviene se\u00f1alar que este proceso se apoy\u00f3 en estereotipos sexistas que recrearon rasgos que hacen de la mujer un ser inferior con respecto a los varones. La mujer como sujeto social \u201cfue codificada en t\u00e9rminos de maternidad, emocionalidad y domesticidad\u201d.Esto, debe ser puesto en di\u00e1logo y sometido a discusi\u00f3n con otro asunto que tambi\u00e9n ha sido abordado en este trabajo y que tiene un simbolismo determinante en la <strong>representaci\u00f3n de los roles de g\u00e9nero: el liderazgo educativo eminentemente masculinizado<\/strong>. Este se muestra representado, pr\u00e1cticamente, en la totalidad de la esfera educativa desde etapas escolares obligatorias hasta etapas de educaci\u00f3n superior, <strong>\u00bfpor qu\u00e9, en una profesi\u00f3n mayoritariamente desempe\u00f1ada por mujeres, los cargos directivos los siguen ejerciendo hombres?<\/strong> Basta con que echemos un vistazo a cifras de docentes mujeres y hombres, y lo comparemos con las cifras de cargos directivos hombres y mujeres en instituciones educativas. Este fen\u00f3meno en el reparto de roles en el liderazgo educativo es un claro indicador de <strong>desigualdad de g\u00e9nero educativa<\/strong> (D\u00edaz G\u00f3mez, et al., 2019) que, una vez m\u00e1s, es reflejo de una desigualdad social, estructural y sist\u00e9mica.
