Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s especialment important en els centres educatius, on els alumnes passen moltes hores al dia. El soroll excessiu pot afectar la capacitat d&#8217;atenci\u00f3, la concentraci\u00f3 i l&#8217;aprenentatge dels estudiants, aix\u00ed com la salut i el benestar dels professionals de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8220;El <strong>soroll i la contaminaci\u00f3 ac\u00fastica a les escoles<\/strong> \u00e9s un problema que va creixent i les <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">evid\u00e8ncies<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">seva<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">afectaci\u00f3<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">i<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">l\u2019impacte<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">que<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">provoca<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">en<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">el<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">relaci\u00f3<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">amb <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">l\u2019aprenentatge es documenta cada vegada m\u00e9s i<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">es demana m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3 a aquest <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">contaminant ambiental per part dels educadors i les fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Malgrat els estudis que s\u2019han portat a terme, que demostren els efectes negatius del <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">soroll en la salut d\u2019alumnes i mestres, aix\u00ed com l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia d\u2019una relaci\u00f3 directa entre el <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">soroll i les afectacions en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge, els nivells ac\u00fastics <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de les escoles superen els l\u00edmits admesos per ser considerat un ambient saludable i <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">que no afecti negativament a les persones. Podem considerar, doncs, que un primer <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pas per millorar la contaminaci\u00f3 ac\u00fastica a les escoles \u00e9s conscienciar del problema a <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la comunitat educativa. Dep\u00e8n, \u00e9s clar, de cada docent i de cada estudiant. Per\u00f2 sovint tenim en compte l&#8217;emissor (sobretot si som nosaltres, els mestres), el receptor (els alumnes) i deixem de banda el missatge, \u00e9s a dir, el Calleu!, en les diferents versions en qu\u00e8 es pot presentar.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/3starlearningexperiences.wordpress.com\/2023\/02\/14\/silence-please\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2192Silence, please!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Paul A. Quines conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies t\u00e9 la prefer\u00e8ncia, q\u00fcestionable, d&#8217;alguns pedagogs i professors pels m\u00e8todes d&#8217;instrucci\u00f3 en els quals el treball\/col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3\/cooperaci\u00f3 \u201cpr\u00e0ctics\u201d, s\u00f3n la base?&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"LC20lb MBeuO DKV0Md\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.social.cat\/opinio\/16170\/silenci-el-seu-efecte-de-canvi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2192Silenci\u2026 el seu efecte de canvi &#8211; Social.cat<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Els sorolls i les xerrameques \u201cverborreiques\u201c ajuden a calmar moltes ansietats i inseguretats en les relacions humanes<\/strong>, per\u00f2 alhora impedeixen que ens adonem de la gran oportunitat que tenim davant nostre, que \u00e9s la de poder fer-nos conscients i enfrontar-nos a la situaci\u00f3 que ens incomoda d&#8217;una manera que ens ajudi a identificar que sentim en aquell prec\u00eds instant i reflexionar sobre per qu\u00e8 ens estem sentint d&#8217;aquella manera en aquell moment.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>El silenci com a eina i acci\u00f3 educativa amb els gossos, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 entre humans, \u00e9s d&#8217;un valor incalculable que sovint acostumem a tapar amb paraules i sorolls<\/strong> que dificulten la comprensi\u00f3 del moment present o la posterior reflexi\u00f3. \u00c9s tan important el silenci com a eina educativa i terap\u00e8utica amb els gossos com ho \u00e9s amb els humans. Entre altres q\u00fcestions, donar l&#8217;oportunitat a qu\u00e8 es produeixin dos elements claus en l&#8217;aprenentatge, un \u00e9s l&#8217;observaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;altre la reflexi\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/escolesxesc.cat\/attachments\/article\/7\/03_Conviure%20sense%20soroll.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>\u2192Projecte &#8220;Conviure sense soroll&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Projecte interdisciplinari sobre el so, el soroll i la contaminaci\u00f3 ac\u00fastica, que implica tota la <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">comunitat educativa i proposa actuacions per millorar la qualitat de vida a l\u2019escola i a casa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">El soroll \u00e9s un contaminant ambiental que afecta la salut i la qualitat de vida de les <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">persones.. Els centres educatius s\u00f3n un dels molts escenaris en els que la contaminaci\u00f3 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ac\u00fastica t\u00e9 afectacions en les persones que hi conviuen<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">i pot interferir negativament en <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">els procesos d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge. El soroll provoca, entre altres afectacions, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">interfer\u00e8ncies<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">en<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">comunicaci\u00f3,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">manca<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">concentraci\u00f3,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">irritabilitat,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">conductes <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">agressives, estr\u00e8s. Conviure di\u00e0riament amb el soroll fa que les persones s&#8217;acostumin a <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">suportar-lo, a normalitzar-lo i a generar-lo de manera inconscient, el que dificulta atribuir al <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">soroll les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies nocives que suposa en l\u2019activitat escolar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(&#8230;) s\u00f3n<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">els<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">propis<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">alumnes<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">els majors generadors de soroll. Aquesta evidencia porta a <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reflexionar sobre la necessitat de buscar estrat\u00e8gies que afavoreixen estones de silenci <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">amb la finalitat de contribuir a dise\u00f1ar un entorn d\u2019ensenyament aprenentatge adequat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">En els centres escolars diferenciem dos tipus de soroll, aquells que venen de l\u2019exterior <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">com pot ser el soroll de tr\u00e0nsit, i els que es produeixen a l\u2019interior del centre, com el <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">soroll que provoquen els i les alumnes cridant, els quals tenen un efecte bastant nociu, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ja que es troben en un rang de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies on l&#8217;o\u00efda \u00e9s m\u00e9s sensible. (Gonz\u00e1lez y <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Fern\u00e1ndez, 2014).<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/criatures.ara.cat\/opinio\/importancia-ensenyar-valor-silenci-joves_129_3035014.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2192Escolteu aquest silenci,<\/strong><\/a> David Cirici<\/p>\n<p><em>Els nostres alumnes fan massa soroll. I no em refereixo al que fan amb els pupitres i les cadires quan entren i surten de les classes, ni al fet que parlin amb els companys i no escoltin gaire. Parlo de la incontin\u00e8ncia verbal, de la impaci\u00e8ncia, quan el professor pregunta alguna cosa, a respondre qualsevol cosa a veure si l&#8217;encerto l&#8217;endevino. La paraula i la participaci\u00f3 a classe estan sobrevalorades.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c9s dif\u00edcil connectar amb el nostre pensament, elaborar-lo i destil\u00b7lar-lo per poder dir alguna cosa interessant, si no pensem en silenci. Aquest segle XXI \u00e9s extremadament soroll\u00f3s.
