Aquestes mesures tenen a veure amb la necessitat d\u2019incrementar la dotaci\u00f3 de professorat i de personal de suport educatiu; de proporcionar un car\u00e0cter m\u00e9s multidisciplinar a les plantilles dels centres amb elevada complexitat; de garantir claustres de professorat i equips directius cohesionats i ben coordinats i amb una formaci\u00f3 adequada, i la implicaci\u00f3 de les direccions (i titularitats) per gestionar aquesta complexitat; d\u2019evitar l\u2019adjudicaci\u00f3 de destinaci\u00f3 de professorat als centres p\u00fablics sense que ho hagin sol\u00b7licitat pr\u00e8viament; de promoure la capacitaci\u00f3 i la implicaci\u00f3 dels claustres de professorat per consolidar els projectes educatius; d\u2019introduir mecanismes d\u2019incentius per garantir que el professorat m\u00e9s qualificat per a la tasca docent presta servei als centres amb una complexitat m\u00e9s elevada, o d\u2019establir criteris equivalents en les dotacions de plantilles i en les condicions de treball del personal dels centres p\u00fablics i privats concertats amb elevada complexitat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Els centres amb elevada complexitat no sempre disposen de mesures de discriminaci\u00f3 positiva suficients per garantir l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de les necessitats educatives del seu alumnat i consolidar el seu projecte educatiu de centre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">Els centres amb alta complexitat pateixen una elevada rotaci\u00f3 de plantilles <\/span><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">\u00a052% d&#8217;interins a prim\u00e0ria i 60% a secund\u00e0ria, per sobre de la mitjana <\/span><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">\u00a033% de places definitives a prim\u00e0ria i 21% a secund\u00e0ria<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Els centres d&#8217;elevada complexitat concentren necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques, per\u00f2 els seus professionals no tenen m\u00e9s temps de coordinaci\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sindic.cat\/site\/unitFiles\/9079\/Informe%20Dotacio%20centres%20elevada%20complexitat_cat_def.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Informe en PDF<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pacte contra la segregaci\u00f3 escolar a Catalunya inclou un \u00e0mbit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 de suport als centres amb una composici\u00f3 social desfavorida (\u00e0mbit 9), que cont\u00e9 un seguit de mesures relacionades amb la direcci\u00f3 i dotaci\u00f3 de plantilles a aquests centres (actuaci\u00f3 27).
