{"id":13027,"date":"2022-11-10T11:28:39","date_gmt":"2022-11-10T10:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/?p=13027"},"modified":"2024-03-13T16:24:38","modified_gmt":"2024-03-13T15:24:38","slug":"proteccio-de-dades-als-centres-educatius","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/proteccio-de-dades-als-centres-educatius\/","title":{"rendered":"Protecci\u00f3 de dades als centres educatius"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha elaborat uns materials on s\u2019expliquen totes les accions que s&#8217;han de fer als centres educatius per\u200b <strong>protegir l\u2019alumnat i respectar-ne els drets<\/strong>\u00a0en mat\u00e8ria de protecci\u00f3 de dades.<\/p>\n<p>El dia a dia del centre comporta\u00a0<strong>tractar dades personals de l\u2019alumnat<\/strong>\u00a0i aquest tractament s\u2019ha de fer amb garantia de drets. Per aix\u00f2, sempre s\u2019informa, es demana el consentiment quan \u00e9s necessari i es tracten nom\u00e9s les dades imprescindibles.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas que es decideixi publicar a Internet dades i imatges d\u2019alumnes, abans es demana el consentiment, i tamb\u00e9 per a la comunicaci\u00f3 o cessi\u00f3 de dades a tercers.<\/p>\n<p>Els centres prenen mesures quan es publica a la xarxa, als dispositius m\u00f2bils i quan es fan videoconfer\u00e8ncies.
