{"id":12875,"date":"2022-09-30T11:57:14","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T09:57:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/?p=12875"},"modified":"2024-02-27T12:45:04","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T11:45:04","slug":"alimentat-amb-seny","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/alimentat-amb-seny\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Alimenta&#8217;t amb seny&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bcnroc.ajuntament.barcelona.cat\/jspui\/bitstream\/11703\/121457\/4\/210903_Guia_Alimentacio_Pliegos_Digital.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alimenta&#8217;t amb seny: guia d&#8217;activitats i recursos per treballar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 sana, justa i sostenible als centres educatius<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 treballar l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible\u00a0al centre educatiu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>El sistema alimentari<\/strong> \u00e9s al bell mig de les crisis clim\u00e0tica, ecol\u00f2gica, social i sanit\u00e0ria a qu\u00e8 ens enfrontem.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>L\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un dret i una necessitat b\u00e0sica<\/strong> amb una gran incid\u00e8ncia sobre la salut dels infants.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Els centres educatius s\u00f3n espais privilegiats<\/strong> de transformaci\u00f3 des d\u2019on es pot generar consci\u00e8ncia cr\u00edtica al voltant de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible i fomentar canvis d\u2019h\u00e0bits cap a dietes m\u00e9s saludables i sostenibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Els infants i joves d\u2019avui s\u00f3n els qui dem\u00e0 decidiran quins aliments compren per alimentar-se ells i les seves <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">fam\u00edlies. Amb aquesta elecci\u00f3 estaran optant per un model d&#8217;<strong>alimentaci\u00f3 sana, justa i sostenible<\/strong> o, per con<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tra, un model perjudicial per a la salut i generador de desigualtats i d&#8217;impactes en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit ambiental i social. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Per tant,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">l\u2019aprenentatge a trav\u00e9s del coneixement sobre aquesta elecci\u00f3 \u00e9s un tema clau que no nom\u00e9s els <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">beneficiar\u00e0 com a individus en el futur, sin\u00f3 que actuar\u00e0 en benefici del territori i del conjunt de la societat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Aquesta guia, amb una mirada cr\u00edtica, transversal i creativa, \u00e9s un recurs pensat per facilitar la implicaci\u00f3 de <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la comunitat educativa en un canvi de model alimentari i de consum sa, just i sostenible.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">La guia que teniu entre les mans \u00e9s un recull de <strong>propostes did\u00e0ctiques i recursos<\/strong> per orientar-vos en aquesta <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">aventura i passar a l\u2019acci\u00f3!<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Hi trobareu<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">32 unitats did\u00e0ctiques<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">estructurades en<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">4 blocs tem\u00e0tics:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">BLOC 1. ALIMENTACI\u00d3 I SALUT<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">BLOC 2. ALIMENTACI\u00d3 I SOCIETAT<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">BLOC 3. ALIMENTACI\u00d3 I ENTORN<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">BLOC 4. ALIMENTACI\u00d3 ALS CENTRES EDUCATIUS<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Cada bloc tem\u00e0tic cont\u00e9 <strong>8 unitats did\u00e0ctiques<\/strong><\/span><strong> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">adre\u00e7ades a diferents nivells educatius (des d\u2019educaci\u00f3 in<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>fantil fins a educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria)<\/strong>.
