UNICEF ha publicat l\u2019informe A la meva ment. Com els adolescents experimenten i perceben la salut mental a tot el m\u00f3n<\/a><\/em><\/strong>,<\/em> amb motiu del Dia de l\u2019Acci\u00f3 per la Salut Mental. Aquest document complementa l\u2019Estat Mundial de la Inf\u00e0ncia 2021<\/em> dedicat a la salut mental.<\/p>\n

L\u2019informe, elaborat a partir de sessions de treball amb nens, nenes i adolescents d\u2019entre 10 i 19 anys de 13 pa\u00efsos, recull qu\u00e8 els preocupa, com aborden els reptes emocionals, com influeixen \u2013per b\u00e9 i per mal- la fam\u00edlia, les amistats, el professorat i el context en el qu\u00e8 viuen, i ratifica que l\u2019estigma els dissuadeix de buscar ajuda. La conclusi\u00f3 \u00e9s que els infants i adolescents demanen m\u00e9s suport a les fam\u00edlies i als docents.<\/p>\n

Per aquesta ra\u00f3, UNICEF recomana escoltar-los sense minimitzar el seu dolor, ajudar les fam\u00edlies i les persones que en tenen cura i garantir que les escoles donin suport a la salut mental perqu\u00e8 els infants i adolescents s\u2019hi trobin segurs i connectats.<\/p>\n

D\u2019altra banda, UNICEF Espanya ha promogut un di\u00e0leg<\/a> entre adolescents i la psic\u00f2loga i divulgadora Patricia Ram\u00edrez (\u2018Patri Psic\u00f3loga\u2019), on els nois i noies tracten dels temes de l\u2019informe i contesten preguntes del pilot Marc M\u00e0rquez, la nedadora Ona Carbonell i la jugadora de b\u00e0dminton Carolina Mar\u00edn.<\/p>\n
